بررسی شناسه سازی داخلی در صنعت خدمات درمانی
در صنعت خدمات درمانی با توجه به اهمیت منابع انسانی برای اعتلای نام یک مرکز درمانی ابتدا باید بر روی ایجاد و تقویت شناسه سازی داخلی آن برنامه ریزی نمود.در این مطالعه به بررسی ابعاد شناسه سازی داخلی و اثر آن بر روی عملکرد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بوده،جامعه آماری آن کارکنان بیمارستان های سه شهر اهواز، اصفهان و همدان بوده که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای،نمونه ای به اندازه 390 نفر انتخاب شد که از طریق آزمون های همبستگی، رگرسیون خطی ساده و چندگانه،آزمون کروسکال-والیس و آزمون فریدمن به تحلیل داده ها پرداخته شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شناسه سازی داخلی با هویت شناسه(β=0.421 , t=8.623) و با تعهد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه(β=0.355 , t=7.022)، همچنین هویت شناسه با تعهد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه(β=0.230 , t=4.434) و دانش کارکنان نسبت به شناسه و تعهد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه(β=0.167, t=3.037) و نیز تعهد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه و عملکرد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه(β=0.454 , t=9.461)، تمایزات بیمارستان ها و تعهد کارکنان نسبت به شناسه ( =17.097 , df=2).دارای رابطه مثبت و معنادار بوده.

ایجاد ارزش ویژه برند از طریق آمیخته تبلیغات: بررسی نقش میانجی دانش، وفاداری و ارتباط با برند
مطالعات گذشته نشان میدهد که هر یک از فعالیتهای بازاریابی میتواند بر روی ارزش ویژه یک برند تأثیرگذار باشد. یکی از اهداف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر آمیخته تبلیغات بر ارزش ویژه برند از طریق دانش، وفاداری و ارتباط با برند محصولات یک شرکت تولیدکننده مواد شوینده و بهداشتی معروف در تهران است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات و تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. با توجه به نامحدود بودن جامعه آماری از روش نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای استفاده و نمونهای با حجم 384 نفر انتخاب گردید و در نهایت تعداد 325 پرسشنامه بازگشت و جمعآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که آمیخته تبلیغات توانسته است از طریق دانش برند بر روی رابطه با برند و وفاداری به برند اثر داشته باشد و رابطه با برند و وفاداری به برند نیز بر روی ارزش ویژه برند نیز تأثیرگذار بوده است.

بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استنباط از خود بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی
بخش عمدهای از درآمد شرکتها مربوط به خرید ناگهانی مشتریان میشود. یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی، نوع شخصیت افراد است. در این پژوهش با تمرکز بر یکی از ابعاد شخصیت یعنی فرهنگ، به بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استنباط از خود بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی پرداخته شده است. از این رو جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه افراد مراجعهکننده به مراکز خرید قائم در شمال، عقیق در جنوب، دنیای نور در شرق و بوستان در غرب تهران در نظر گرفته شده است. دادههای لازم از طریق پرسشنامه ۵۰ سؤالی از ۳۹۶ نفر که به روش نمونهگیری غیر احتمالی از نوع در دسترس انتخاب شدند، گردآوری شد. جهت آزمون الگو، از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که افراد مستقل دارای ارزشهای لذت گرایانه هستند و لذتگرایی بر خرید ناگهانی اثر مثبت میگذارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود که بنگاهها برای افزایش خرید ناگهانی مشتریان، راهبردهای فروش، بازاریابی و تبلیغات خود را بر افراد این گروه و همچنین بر بعد لذتجویانه محصولات متمرکز کنند.

ارتباط بین اثربخشی تبلیغات و ارزش ویژه نام تجاری: مورد مطالعه تبلیغات لوازم خانگی سامسونگ
شرکتهای تجاری هزینه قابلتوجهی را صرف تبلیغات میکنند تا بتوانند توجه مشتریان را به خود جلب کنند و آنان را متقاعد سازند تا هنگام خرید، نام تجاری آنها را بر سایر نامهای تجاری ترجیح دهند. اما آیا صرف هزینههای هنگفت برای این منظور، نتایج مطلوب به دنبال خواهد داشت و یا خواهد توانست موجبات دستیابی بنگاههای تجاری را به اهداف فراهم سازد؟ هدف از انجام این مطالعه،دستیابی به مبنایی تجربی است که اثربخشی تبلیغات را اثبات کند و رابطه آن را باارزش ویژه نام تجاری مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد. بدین منظور، تبلیغات شرکت سامسونگ بهعنوان نمونه، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و شهروندان اصفهانی نیز که مخاطبان تبلیغات هدف بودند بهعنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری داده از روش نمونهگیری غیر احتمالی ساده استفاده شده است. برای آنکه میزان اثربخشی تبلیغات و رابطه آن با ابعاد ارزشمند نام تجاری مورد نظر اندازهگیری شود، از روش آزمون میانگین یک جامعه با آماره آزمون t و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج بهدستآمده حاکی از اثربخش بودن تبلیغات شرکت سامسونگ است و ارتباط مثبت بین تبلیغات اثربخش و اعتبار نام تجاری را نشان میدهد.

تبیین و شناسایی مؤلفههای اثرگذار بر چابکی سازمانی در دانشگاهها
چابکی سازمانی از زمره موضوعاتی بهشمار میرود که تبیین ابعاد و زوایای مختلف آن در صنایع مختلف، جایگاه مطلوبی را برای رشد و ارتقاء عملکرد آنها در سطوح مختلف فراهم میسازد. حوزههای آموزشی و پژوهشی نیز در همین ارتباط و در راستای تطابق با سطح تغییرپذیری محیط پیرامون، بر خود الزام میدارد تا ضمن تبیین جایگاه هر یک از ذینفعان در الگوی کلان چابکی سازمانی، عوامل توانمند ساز را شناسایی نموده و نظام فرآیندی دستیابی به این حوزه را فراهم سازد. در این پژوهش ضمن بررسی مؤلفههای اثرگذار بر نظام چابکی سازمانی، مکانیزم دستیابی به این الگو در حوزههای مختلف تدوینیافته و در نهایت راهبُردهای عمومی مربوطه نیز عنوان گردیده است.

طراحی الگوی مفهومی ارزیابی عملکرد راهبردی: مبتنی بر زنجیره ارزشآفرینی راهبردی پویا
چرا با وجود روشها، رویکردها و الگوهای بیشمار و مختلف در حوزه مدیریت راهبردی، هنوز هم، به اقرار صاحبنظران، درصد بالایی از سازمانها در اجرای آن ناکام ماندهاند؟ قسمت مهمی از این ناکامی، ناشی از ناکارآمدی خود رویکردها و روشها در پایش عملکرد راهبردی است. سازمانها نمیتواند بهصورت مستمر عملکرد راهبردی خود را پایش کرده و خود را با محیط پیچیده و پویای پیرامونی منطبق کنند. پژوهش حاضر، زنجیره ارزشآفرینی را محوراصلی طراحی الگویی برای ارزیابی عملکرد راهبردی سازمان قرار میدهد. و به جای در پیش گرفتن دیدگاهی بخشی و ایستا و لحاظ روابط ساده و خطی، پویایی را عنصر اصلی این زنجیره میداند. سؤالی که مطرح میشود این است که متغیرها، ابعاد و روابط درون چنین الگویی چگونه خواهند بود. در مرحله اول، با مرور ادبیات تحقیق، متغیرهای تأثیرگذار و ابعاد آنها شناساییشده و برای نهایی کردن آنها از روش دلفی استفاده شده است. در مرحله بعد، منطق روش تحلیل پویایی سیستمها (SD) برای تعیین مفروضات دینامیک و روابط علّی میان ابعاد و استخراج الگوی بکار گرفته شده است. در نهایت، دیدگاه جدیدی مطرحشده که بر اساس آن، سازمان برای اینکه سطح مطلوبی از عملکرد را به صورت پایدار و در بلندمدت داشته باشد بایستی این قابلیت را در خود ایجاد نماید که سطح بالایی از پیچیدگی و ناپایداری را درک کرده، پایش کند و مجموعهای از عوامل را با لحاظ پویایی میان آنها باز آرایی و بازتولید نماید.

هدف این مطالعه ارائه الگویی جهت ارتقاء عملکرد صادراتی از طریق اطلاعات مرتبط با بازار و بنگاه و به واسطه مدیریت آمیخته بازاریابی است. در این مقاله ابتدا به مرور مفاهیم و مبانی نظری پرداختهشده و سپس با استفاده از مطالعات و پژوهش پیشین شاخصهای اندازهگیری هریک از مؤلفهها و ابعاد مورد بررسی در این مطالعه استخراج شده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش مدیران، روسا و کارشناسان 51 شرکت صادراتی فعال کشور افغانستان بوده است. دادههای پژوهش با پرسشنامه گردآوری شد و درنهایت با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری، الگوی عملیاتی بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب عملکرد اقتصادی و غیراقتصادی؛ از طریق بهرهگیری درست از اطلاعات مرتبط با بازار و بنگاه و توجه به مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد صادراتی منجر به بهبود عملکرد صادراتی خواهند شد.

بررسی تأثیر تصویر ذهنی برند و کیفیت خدمات بر روی بازاریابی رابطهای و تمایلات رفتاری مشتریان
پژوهش حاضر با ارائه یک الگوی جامع تلفیقی، به دنبال بررسی تأثیر تصویر ذهنی برند و کیفیت خدمات بر متغیرهای بازاریابی رابطهای (اعتماد و تعهد) و تمایلات رفتاری مشتریان هست. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مشتریان فروشگاههایپر استار در شهر تهران هست که دادههای مورد نیاز برای انجام پژوهش با استفاده روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده از میان ۳۸۰ نفر از مشریان این فروشگاه به دست آمده است و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرمافزارهای اس پی اس اس و لیزرل انجامشده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که تصویر ذهنی برند و کیفیت خدمات تأثیر مستقیم و معنیداری بر ابعاد بازاریابی رابطهای دارند همچنین تأثیر تصویر ذهنی برند و کیفیت خدمات بر روی ارزش درک شده مشتریان تأیید شد. و تأثیرات ابعاد بازاریابی رابطهای بر روی تمایلات رفتاری مشتریان نیز قابلتوجه و مثبت بود. در نهایت پیشنهاد میشود که ارائهکنندگان خدمات و مدیران فروشگاهها با تمرکز بر روی متمایزسازی برند فروشگاه در مقایسه با رقبا و همچنین بهبود کیفیت محصولات و خدمات زمینه ایجاد پیوند بسیار کارای بلندمدت با مشتریان را فراهم نمایند که آن هم به نوبه خود موجب ایجاد تمایلات رفتاری مثبت در مشتریان خواهد شد.

الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد شرکتهای زیرمجموعه در هلدینگها بر مبنای کارت امتیازی متوازن مورد مطالعه: هلدینگ صنایع غذایی سینا
استفاده از ساختار شرکتهای مادر تخصصی در بسیاری از کشورهای پیشرفته و در کشور ما متداول شده است. تشکیل این شرکتها باعث میشود که از قِبَل همافزایی بهوجودآمده میان شرکتهای زیرمجموعه، ارزشی ویژه خلق گردد. هماکنون، مدیریت سازمانهای چند کسبوکاره اهمیت زیادی یافته است و در این میان آمار رو به افزایش شرکتهایی که تحت ساختار هلدینگی سازماندهی میشوند، بر اهمیت موضوع میافزاید. در این پژوهش برآنیم الگویی را بهمنظور ارزیابی عملکرد شرکتهای زیرمجموعه در هلدینگها ارائه دهیم. این الگوی میتواند بهعنوان یک داشبورد در خدمت شرکت مادر، به رصد کردن شرکتهای زیرمجموعه کمک شایانی کند. در این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، یعنی انتخاب ابعاد عملکرد بر مبنای الگوی کارت امتیازی متوازن، بهترین روش را بهکارگیری روش پژوهش کیفی یافتیم و شاید بهکارگیری روش پژوهش کیفی بدین منظور، نوآوری این پژوهش باشد. نتیجه این پژوهش، استخراج کدها، مفاهیم و مقولات بوده است که در فرآیند پژوهش، نقشه راهبرد کارت امتیازی متوازن را ترسیم کردند. همچنین، در پایان، پیشنهادهایی در خصوص اجرای کارت امتیازی متوازن در هلدینگ صنایع غذایی سینا ارائه گردیده است.
