بررسی ترجیحات مشتریان نسبت به پاداش های قابل ارائه در باشگاه های مشتریان بانکی با استفاده از تحلیل توامان (مورد مطالعه بانک پارسیان)

چکیده

به عنوان یک جزء اصلی از مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری (CRM) برنامه­ های وفاداری تبدیل به ابزاری در دست مدیران برای ایجاد وفاداری در مشتریان شده­ اند. برنامه ­های وفاداری با هدف حفظ مشتریان سودده که برای شرکت ارزشمند هستند، اجرا می­ شوند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ترجیحات مشتریان نسبت به پاداش­های قابل ارائه در باشگاه مشتریان ­های بانکی در فضای کسب­ و ­کار ایران اجرا شده ­است. در این پژوهش ما به سه سوال پاسخ خواهیم دادیم، اول اینکه از بین سه جنبه "مالی/ غیر مالی"، "مستقیم/ غیر مستقیم" و "سوپرایزی/ غیر سوپرایزی" کدام جنبه برای مشتری مهم تر و تعیین کننده تر هستند و ترجیحات آنها را بیشتر تحت تاثیر قرار می ­دهد؟ دوم اینکه "پاداش های مالی" برای مشتریان جذاب تر هستند یا "غیر مالی"؟ "پاداش های مستقیم" جذاب تر هستند یا "غیر مستقیم"؟ "پاداش های سوپرایزی" جذاب­ تر هستند یا "غیرسوپرایزی"؟ و در انتها اینکه متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی چه تاثیری بر ترجیحات افراد در برنامه ­های وفاداری بانک ها دارد؟ این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ­ها، توصیفی نوع پیمایشی می­ باشد. همچنین از پرسش­نامه برای جمع­ آوری داده ­ها استفاده شده­ است. برای پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش از تکنیک تحلیل توامان استفاده شده­است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مراجعه کنندگان به شعب بانک پارسیان در شهر تهران می ­باشد.  نتایج نشان دادند افراد شرکت کننده در نظرسنجی پاداش­ های مالی را به پاداش­ های غیر مالی (اجتماعی) همچنین پاداش­ های مستقیم (مرتبط با صنعت بانکی) را به پاداش­های غیر مستقیم (غیر مرتبط با صنعت بانکی) و در آخرین مورد آنها پاداش­ های سوپرایزی را به پاداش ­های غیرسوپرایزی ترجیح ­می دهند. همچنین یافته­ های این پژوهش نشان داد که میزان اهمیت ویژگی اول (مالی/غیرمالی) بسیار بیشتر از دو معیار دیگر ­می­ باشد. در انتها اثر تفاوت­های جمعیت شناختی و نگرشی مشتریان بر ترجیحات آنها نسبت به پاداش قابل ارائه در باشگاه مشتریان­ های بانکی بررسی شد.

چکیده [English]

As a main component of customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty program has become a tool for managers to create loyalty among customers. Loyalty programs are implemented, to retain profitable customers that are valuable to the company. This investigation is developed to identify customer preferences toward customer clubs rewards and benefits in banking industry in Iran. In this study, we will answer three questions: First, between features of customer clubs rewards, which ones is more important for customer’s decision and inference. Second, financial rewards are more attractive or non-financial? Direct rewards are more attractive or indirect benefits? Surprising rewards are more attractive or non-surprising rewards? And last, what is the impact of demographic variables on customer’s inference toward rewards. Questionnaire was used to collect data. To answer the questions, conjoint analysis is used. The population is the client of Parsian Bank in Tehran. Result shows financial, direct and surprising rewards are more attractive than non-financial, indirect and non-surprising rewards. Also, financial/non-financial aspect of rewards is more important than direct/indirect and surprising/non-surprising aspect of rewards.
