هوشمندی سازمانی در بستر شبکه‌های دانش

چکیده

     با توانمندسازی شبکه دانش سازمان، بستری مناسب برای تولید، اشتراک و به‌کارگیری دانش و درنهایت بازتولید دانش فراهم می‌شود که به فرآیند تبدیل هوش فردی کارکنان به هوش سازمانی کمک می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نحوه تعامل بین هوشمندی سازمانی و ابعاد شبکه‌های دانش در «مرکز پژوهش صنعت خودرو» است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تلفیقی (کیفی و کمّی) است. اطلاعات مربوط به مبانی نظری موضوع و پیشینه با روش کتابخانه‌ای از کتاب­ها، پایان‌نامه‌ها، مقاله­ها و منابع اینترنتی جمع‌آوری شد. در روش کیفی، مطالعه اسناد و مدارک و نظرسنجی از خبرگان برای بررسی و تأیید مؤلفه‌های استخراج‌شده از مبانی نظری موضوع به‌کار رفت؛ سپس با استخراج مدل مفهومی پژوهش، رابطه بین ابعاد شبکه‌های دانش و هوشمندی سازمانی در جامعه آماری «مرکز پژوهش صنعت خودرو» مورد‌آزمون قرار گرفت و داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با نرم‌افزار SPSS 22، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. پس از تحلیل داده‌ها، فرضیه‌های پژوهش بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد شبکه‌های دانش (عوامل محیطی، ماهیت دانش، فرهنگ، سیستم فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، فرآیندهای مدیریتی) و هوشمندی سازمانی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد.
