طراحی و تبیین الگوی ارتباط کارآفرینی سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی بازارگرایی

چکیده

     پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تأثیر کارآفرینی سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمانی و با لحاظ­کردن بازارگرایی، به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی، انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای برای سنجش متغیرها طراحی شد و پس از اطمینان از روایی و پایایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری توسط تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی در میان نمونه‌ای متشکل از 292 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های صنایع شیمیایی و فرآورده­های نفتی ایران توزیع شد. برای آزمون فرضیه­های پژوهش از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل 80/8 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که کارآفرینی سازمانی طبق الگوی تحلیل مسیر ارائه‌شده بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت دارد؛ همچنین بازارگرایی، به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی، در ارتباط بین کارآفرینی سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی نقش ایفا می‌کند.
