فهم چرایی بروز تغییرات استراتژیک از منظر فرآیند ساخت دستور کار در سازمان

چکیده

با این پیش­فرض که تغییرات استراتژیک، اشاره به آن دسته از تغییراتی در سازمان دارند که مبانی و اصول سازمان و جهت­گیری آن­را در راستای اهداف اساسی، تحت‌تأثیر قرار می­دهند، می­توان گفت که با درک فرآیند ساخت دستور کار استراتژیست­ها در سازمان، مبنایی برای فهم این موضوع فراهم می­شود که چگونه زمینه بروز تغییرات استراتژیک در سازمان­ها، ایجاد می­شود. پژوهش حاضر، به دنبال آن است تا با کشف فرآیند ساخت دستور کار استراتژیک سازمان، دریچه تازه­ای برای شناخت عوامل تأثیرگذار بر تغییرات استراتژیک بگشاید. به­منظور دست­یابی به این هدف، راهبرد پژوهشی داده بنیاد، به­کار گرفته شده است. داده­های کیفی پژوهش، حاصل مصاحبه­های عمیق صورت گرفته با 19 نفر از خبرگان صنعت بانک­داری است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می­دهند که مواردی چون گفتمان­های استراتژیکی که در سازمان رخ می­دهد، بافت مدیریتی و ویژگی­های سازمان، پارازیت­های موجود در عرصه شکل‌گیری مسایل و فرآیندهای معنابخشی به موضوعات و ...، زمینه بروز تغییرات سازمانی را فراهم می­سازند
