بررسی تأثیر ابعاد محتوایی سازمان بر هوشمندی رقابتی مطالعه ای در صنایع کاشی استان یزد

چکیده

     امروزه هوشمندی رقابتی به عنوان یک ابزار مدیریت راهبردی و یکی از سریع­ترین زمینه­ های رشد کسب‌و‌کار به شمار می­رود که می­تواند برای سازمان مزیت رقابتی ایجاد نماید. به همین دلیل در طی سال­ های اخیر هوشمندی رقابتی به یکی از موضوعات مطرح در حوزه مدیریت تبدیل شده است. از این‌رو این پژوهش نیز به بررسی تأثیر هر یک از ابعاد محتوایی سازمان (اندازه، راهبرد، محیط، فرهنگ و فناوری) بر هوشمندی رقابتی پرداخته است. جامعه مورد بررسی در این پژوهش مدیران 31 شرکت کاشی استان یزد هستند که از این میان 72 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع­ آوری داده­ ها نیز از چهار پرسشنامه مجزا استفاده شده است. همچنین به منظور بررسی روایی ابزار اندازه­گیری از روایی محتوا و برای بررسی پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شده است. نوع این پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی، از حیث شیوه جمع­آوری داده­ها پیمایشی و از حیث روش توصیفی همبستگی می­باشد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که جامعه ­ی مورد بررسی از سطح مطلوبی از هوشمندی رقابتی برخوردار نیست و از سوی دیگر هر یک از ابعاد محتوایی سازمان می‌توانند به گونه­ای بر میزان به­کارگیری هوشمندی رقابتی در شرکت­ های کاشی استان یزد تأثیرگذار باشند. Abstract    Nowadays, competitive intelligence has been a strategic management tool and one of the fastest growing areas of business that can create the competitive advantage for organizations. For this reason competitive intelligence has become one of the most important subjects in the domain of management during recent years. Therefore, this research has focused on the influence of the contextual dimensions of the organization (size, strategy, environment, culture and technology) on competitive intelligence. The society of this study is managers of tile manufacturing companies in Yazd province and72 managers were randomly selected among them. For collecting data four questionnaires was separately used. This study is an applied one and in terms of data gathering is a survey and in terms of methodology is descriptive correlation. The results of this study indicated that competitive intelligence in this society does not have favorable condition; On the other hand each of the contextual dimensions of the organization has a considerable effect on the employing of competitive intelligence. Keywords: Competitive Intelligence; Contextual Dimensions of Organization; Organizational Culture; Environmental Uncertainty; Technological Capabilities; Strategy
