تاثیر تسهیم دانش بر سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری با رویکرد کیفیت خدمات (مورد مطالعه: کارشناسان واحد فناوری اطلاعات شعب سازمان تامین اجتماعی)

چکیده

     امروزه سازمان‌هاباید برای تداوم حیات خویش و حضور مستمر در عرصه رقابت توجه ویژه‌ای به تسهیم دانش مبذول دارند. مزیت رقابتی سازمان از طریق تسهیم دانش میسر می­شود. با توجه به اهمیت تسهیم دانش، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر تسهیم دانش کارشناسان واحد فناوری اطلاعات شعب سازمان تامین اجتماعی بر سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری با رویکرد کیفیت خدمات می‌پردازد. در این راستا تاثیر4 بعد تلاش، انگیزه،زمان و توانایی برای تسهیم دانش برکیفیت خدمات سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سه بُعد توانایی برای تسهیم دانش، تلاش برای تسهیم دانش و زمان قابل دسترس برای تسهیم دانش بر کیفیت خدمات سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد ولی بُعد انگیزه برای تسهیم دانش بر کیفیت خدمات سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری ندارد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تسهیم دانش کارشناسان فناوری اطلاعات بر کیفیت خدمات سیستم مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری در سازمان  تامین اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. Abstract      Nowadays, organizations have to pay special attention to Knowledge  sharing  in order to guarantee their sustainable life and continuous presence in a competitive environment .The competitive advantage of organizations is realized through knowledge sharing .The present research studies the effect of Knowledge sharing  on customer relations management system with services quality approach in social security  .In this respect ,effects of  four characteristics of Effort ,Motivation ,Time and Capability  for knowledge sharing  on customer relations management system with services quality approach were studied  .Results show that three characteristics of Capability of knowledge sharing  ,Effort  made for knowledge sharing and the Time dedicated for knowledge sharing have positive and meaningful effects on service quality of customer relations management system. But, Motivation has not a positive and meaningful effect on service quality of customer relations management system. The results of this research showed that the knowledge sharing of information technology experts has a positive and meaningful effect on service quality of customer relations management system in social security fund. Keywords: Knowledge Sharing; Customer Relations Management System; Electronic Service Quality.
