بررسی نقش، شدت و نوع تعدیل گری صفات اخلاقی روی رابطه شخصیت و رابطه مشتری- برند به منظور خلق تعهدعاطفی در صنعت بانکداری

چکیده

     امروزه بانک ­ها باید برای حفظ و نگهداری و ایجاد یک رابطه بلند مدت با مشتریان خود همت بیشتری نمایند. زیرا شواهد نشان می ­دهند که مشتریان راضی نیز ممکن است کسب­ وکار را رها نموده و به کسب ­وکار رقیب بپیوندند. علت این امر می­ تواند عدم توجه کسب­ وکارها به خواسته­ های ارزش‌محور و برگرفته شده از ویژگی­ های شخصیتی آن­ها باشد. لذا، پژوهش دارای دو هدف می­باشد: یکی، بررسی رابطه شخصیت­ برند و رابطه مشتری-برند و خلق تعهدعاطفی در مشتریان؛ دومی، بررسی نقش، شدت و نوع متغیر تعدیل­ گری صفات اخلاقی روی رابطه بین شخصیت ومتغیر رابطه مشتری-برند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مشتریان بانک­ ملت در محدوده شهر گرگان می­باشد. در نمونه‌گیری، موفق به جمع­ آوری 389 پرسشنامه شده و داده­ های آن­ ها مبنای کار قرارگرفتند. به منظور تحلیل داده­ های پرسشنامه و آزمون فرضیه­ ها، از آزمون­های توصیفی، آزمون تغییر ضریب تعیین (R2 ) با استفاده از رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی و نیز معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می­ دهند که علاوه بر وجود رابطه بین متغیرهای شخصیت­ برند و رابطه مشتری-برند و تعهد عاطفی؛ صفات­ اخلاقی نقش تعدیل­ گر داشته و از شدت­ معناداری برخوردار می­ باشد؛ و نوع متغیر تعدیل­ گر، شبه تعدیل­ گر است.  Abstract     Today, the banks should make more effort to maintain and build a long term relationship with their customers. Because the evidence shows that satisfied customers may abandon the business and join a rival business. Its cause could be a lack of attention of the business to the value-oriented customers' demands and it is derived from personality characters and ethical attributes of customers. Hence, this study has two aims: First, it examines relationship between brand personality and customer-brand relationship and affective commitment; and then, it analysis role, intention and type of moderator of ethical attributes on relationship between them. The study population consisted of all the bank's customers are in the range of Gorgan city. They managed to collect 389 questionnaires and they were used. In order to analyze Questionnaire data and test hypotheses, were used descriptive tests, test for R2 change using hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling. The results show that the ethical attributes is moderator; and it has a significant intensity. The relationship between brand personality and customer-brand relationships, and customer-brand relationships and affective commitment are positive significant effect. The results show that moderator variable type is semi-moderator. Keywords: Affective Commitment; Customer-Brand Relationship; Brand Personality; Ethical Attributes
