بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی بر رضایتمندی مشتریان و شهرت شرکت-مطالعه موردی شرکت ایران خودرو

چکیده

     هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر ابعاد مختلف مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی بر رضایتمندی مشتری و شهرت شرکت در صنعت خودرو می­باشد. در این پژوهش، پژوهشگر در پی آن است که با بررسی تمامی جوانب مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی به عنوان بخشی از اقدامات بازاریابی اجتماعی با توجه به شرایط و بحران اقتصادی کنونی مهم­ترین ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی را که اهمیت و ضرورت بیشتری از سایر ابعاد دارند را تعیین نماید. به همین دلیل در این پژوهش شرکت ایران خوردو مطابق با آمار ارائه شده در سال 1391 توسط سازمان مدیریت صنعتی ایران، جزو 100 شرکت برتر از نظر میزان فروش و درآمد اعلام شد، به عنوان یکی از شرکت­های سودآور در صنعت خودرو مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بنابراین با استفاده از روش توصیفی-موردی و با توزیع تعداد 245 پرسشنامه با استفاده از سرشماری میان تمامی مدیران واحدهای عضو در کمیته مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت توزیع گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از تکنیک­های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تائیدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. براساس نتایج بدست آمده مسئولیت داوطلبانه-اجتماعی شرکتی با لحاظ کردن ابعاد جامعه-بازار و  مسئولیت اخلاقی-اجتماعی شرکتی با لحاظ کردن بعد محیط کار به مراتب تاثیر به­سزایی نسبت به سایر اقدامات مسئولانه اجتماعی بر رضایت مشتری و شهرت شرکت خواهند داشت. Kambiz Heidarzadeh Hanzaee*, Mona Sadeghian**[1] Abstract     The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of different dimensions of corporate social responsibility on customer satisfaction and the company's reputation in this area that presented by incorporating models. In this research, the researcher is seeking to survey all aspects of corporate social responsibility as a part of social marketing in the current economic crisis. Therefore, in this study we used descriptive statistics and distributing of the questionnaire survey of 245 executives across all units were distributed to members of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Data analysis techniques using exploratory factor analysis, structural equation modeling was performed to confirm.
