نقش میانجی بازارگرایی در ارتباط بین گرایش کارآفرینی و عملکرد

چکیده

     پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی بازارگرایی بر ارتباط بین گرایش کارآفرینی و عملکرد سازمانی شرکت‌های شیمیایی و دارویی «بورس تهران» انجام ‌شده است. بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی‌ شد و پس از اطمینان از روایی و پایایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری به‌وسیله تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی در میان نمونه‌ای شامل 245 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های صنایع شیمیایی و دارویی توزیع شد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی و به‌طور مشخص مبتنی بر الگوی معادلات ساختاری است. نتایج الگوی پژوهش نشان داد که گرایش کارآفرینی به‌طور مستقیم طبق الگوی تحلیل مسیر ارائه‌شده با عملکرد سازمانی ارتباط مثبت و معنادار دارد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان‌ می‌دهد اگر گرایش کارآفرینی با بازارگرایی همراه باشد، تأثیر آن بر عملکرد بیشتر و پایدارتر خواهد بود؛ بنابراین، تأثیر غیرمستقیم گرایش کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی از تأثیر مستقیم آن بیشتر است.
