تأثیر دوگانگی بازارگرایی و دوگانگی نوآوری بر عملکرد بنگاه
چکیده با توجه به رقابت روزافزون در کسبوکارهای صنایع غذایی و نقش مهم مؤلفههایی همچون بازارگرایی و نوآوری در کمک به بنگاهها برای دستیابی به موفقیت در فضای پویای کسبوکارهای کنونی و همچنین با توجه به اهمیت عامل دوگانگی در دستیابی بنگاه به مزیت رقابتی، در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر دوگانگی بازارگرایی و دوگانگی نوآوری بر عملکرد بنگاههای فعال صنایع غذایی بررسی شده است؛ به این منظور اطلاعات مدیران و کارشناسان بنگاههای فعال صنایع غذایی شرکتکننده در بیستویکمین «نمایشگاه بینالمللی صنایع کشاورزی، مواد غذایی، ماشینآلات و صنایع وابسته» از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه گردآوریشده و با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان میدهد توجه همزمان بر بُعد اکتشاف و بهرهبرداری در بازارگرایی بر ویژگی دوگانگی نوآوری در بنگاه تأثیر مثبت و مستقیم دارد؛ همچنین دوگانگی بازارگرایی از طریق دوگانگی نوآوری بهصورت غیرمستقیم بر بهبود عملکرد بنگاهها تأثیرگذار است.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی انتظارهای دانشجویی از خدمات بانکی
چکیده هدف تمام سازمانهای خدماتی ازجمله بانکها ارائه خدمات مناسب و موردرضایت مشتریان است. با توجه به محیط رقابتی و پویای بانکداری امروز، اکثر بانکها برای حفظ جایگاه خود در بازار مالی بهدنبال شناسایی و برآوردن نیازهای گروه خاصی از مشتریان خود هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی انتظارهای دانشجویی از خدمات بانکی انجام شده است؛ در این راستا، پس از انجام مصاحبه با دانشجویان، با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا 42 نیاز و انتظار بانکی دانشجویان استخراج شد و پس از قراردادن این 42 شاخص در پرسشنامه نهایی و توزیع آن، 388 پرسشنامه نهایی با استفاده از آزمونهای میانگین تکنمونهای و فریدمن تحلیل و بررسی شد. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل اصلی نیازها و انتظارها درمجموع به 7 بُعد اصلی (7P بازاریابی) قابلتقسیم است که عبارتاند از: خدمات بانکی (محصول)، قیمت، ترفیع، توزیع، کارکنان، امکانات، داراییهای فیزیکی و مدیریت عملیات و فرآیند که تمامی این ابعاد بهعنوان نیاز دانشجویان شناسایی شدند. بر اساس نتایج آزمون فریدمن، عامل توزیع، مدیریت عملیات و فرآیند، خدمات بانکی، قیمت، کارکنان، داراییهای فیزیکی و ترفیع به ترتیب اولویتهای اول تا هفتم را به خود اختصاص دادند.

شناسایی و ترکیب قابلیتهای سازمانی در موفقیت رقابتی صنعت نوشیدنی
چکیده هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی قابلیتهای سازمانی متمایزکننده با توجه به فضای رقابتی حاکم بر صنعت نوشیدنی برای «شرکت زمزم» است که به این منظور از روش پژوهش آمیخته استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، معاونان، کارشناسان مسئول و مشاوران شرکت زمزم است. مصاحبهشوندگان با روش نمونهگیری قضاوتی و هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب و پس از کدگذاری متن مصاحبهها، مفاهیم و مقولههای قابلیتهای سازمانی با روش تحلیل محتوا بهدست آمد. در بخش کمّی برای رتبهبندی قابلیتهای شناساییشده، پرسشنامههای لازم در میان اعضای نمونه آماری که متشکل از یکصد نفر از مدیران، معاونان، کارشناسان و همچنین مشاوران مجموعه زمزم بوده است توزیع و از آمار استنباطی و توصیفی برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد؛ درنهایت پس از مطالعه مبانی نظری و مصاحبه با خبرگان زمزم، 65 قابلیت سازمانی در قالب 17 مقوله اصلی در دو دسته عمده از قابلیتهای مدیریتی و عملیاتی استخراج شد. در بخش کمّی نیز قابلیتهایی ازجمله نقش واحد پژوهش و توسعه، توسعه محصول جدید و خوشنامی و اعتبار برای نوآوری در صنعت، در بالاترین سطح از رتبهبندی قابلیتهای سازمانی «شرکت زمزم» قرار گرفتند.

عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش و قصد خرید برندهای لوکس
چکیده در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر همزمان سه عامل اجتماعی، شخصیتی و برند بر نگرش مصرفکنندگان نسبت به برند لوکس «آدیداس» و تأثیر این نگرش بر قصد خرید محصولهای این برند بررسی میشود. پژوهش حاضر از این نظر مهم است که در مبانی نظری نگرش، تأثیر همزمان سه عامل اجتماعی، شخصیتی و برند بر نگرش کمتر سنجیده شده است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مصرفکنندگان کالاهای لوکس «برند آدیداس» در شهر تهران هستنند که 420 نفر بهصورت خوشهای دردسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل 8/8 و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که عوامل شخصیتی و عوامل اجتماعی بر نگرش تأثیر گذار هستند. عوامل مربوط به برند بر کیفیت ادراکشده و کیفیت ادراکشده بر نگرش مصرفکنندگان و درنهایت بر قصد خرید آنان تأثیرگذار است.

اثر ادراک مشتریان از کیفیت پایگاه اینترنتی بر رضایت و تمایل به استفاده
چکیده همگام با توسعه تجارت الکترونیک و بانکداری الکترونیک انتظارات مصرفکننده و ضرورت تأکید بر کیفیت خدمات اینترنتی نیز افزایش یافته است. ازآنجاکه وبسایتها مهمترین کانال توزیع جهانی کالا و خدمات در تجارت الکترونیکی هستند، لازمه استفاده از این فرصت، شناخت عواملی است که بر تمایل استفاده از سایت بانک تأثیر دارند؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش عوامل تأثیرگذار در محیط مجازی بر رضایت و تمایل به استفاده مشتریان انجامشده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف ازجمله پژوهشهای کاربردی و ازن ظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. نمونه موردمطالعه 200 نفر از کارمندان و اعضای هیئتعلمی «دانشگاه اصفهان» بودند که از سایت «بانک ملّی» استفاده میکردند و بهصورت تصادفی (طبقهای خوشهای) تعیین شد. یافتهها نشان داد بهترتیب عوامل زیباشناختی، امنیت مالی و طراحی و قابلیت عملکرد؛ رضایت استفاده از سایت این بانک را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهد که رضایت خود بر تمایل به استفاده مصرفکننده تأثیرگذار است. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتواند توسط مدیران و برنامهریزان این بانک استفاده شود.

اثر بهبود کیفیت خدمات بانکداری الکترونیکی بر عملکرد ابزارهای بانکداری الکترونیکی
امروزه در صنعت بانکداری ضرورت استفاده از پرداخت الکترونیک نه تنها از سوی بانکها بلکه از سوی مشتریان بانکی به شدت احساس شده و مشتریان خواستار استفاده از این نوع خدمات خواهند بود. این تحقیق به دنبال بررسیرابطه بین کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی و سطح استفاده مشتریان از بانکداری الکترونیک در بانکهای ایرانی می باشد.برای این منظور جامعه آماری 8 بانک ایرانی انتخاب شده و با استفاده از روشهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و سپس تحلیل رگرسیون هدف تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان از ارائه شاخصهایی برای سنجش کیفیت خدمات الکترونیکی در بانکها داشته ومشخص شد که کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده الکترونیکی بانکها بر تعداد تراکنش های پایانه های فروش و تعداد تراکنش های دستگاههای خودپرداز ثاثیر مثبت می گذارد ولی اثر این بهبود بر مبلغ این تراکنش ها مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.

تفاوت بین زنان و مردان در جبران هدیه دریافتی
چکیده هدیهدادن از ویژگیهای جوامع سنتی و همچنین امروزی محسوب میشود و یک تبادل تشریفاتی نمادین است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، کشف تأثیر ارزش هدیه دریافتی بر قصد جبران هدیه است که در این رابطه، احساس تعهد، متغیر میانجی و جنسیت، متغیر تعدیل گر در نظر گرفته شده است؛ در این راستا تعداد 348 پرسشنامه در میان مشتریان فروشگاههای هدیه، توزیع و به 341 مورد پاسخ داده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. بررسی و تحلیل یافتهها نشان میدهد که ارزشهای هدیه دریافتی بر قصد جبران هدیه تأثیرگذار است و این تأثیر از طریق متغیر میانجی احساس تعهد بیشتر است؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که جنسیت، رابطه بین ارزش هدیه دریافتی و قصد جبران هدیه را تعدیل میکند و مردان بیشتر قصد جبران هدیه دریافتی را دارند.

اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر برعملکرد صادراتی بنگاههای صادرکننده تجهیزات ورزشی
صاحبنظران بازاریابی صادراتی اعتقاد دارند که «شناسایی عوامل تعیینکننده عملکرد صادراتی» بهمنظور افزایش عملکرد صادراتی و دستیابی به سطوح مطلوب، مقولهای مهم و حیاتی برای شرکتها در بازار رقابتی امروز است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و الویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد صادراتی در بنگاههای صادرکننده تجهیزات و پوشاک ورزشی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، پژوهشی کمّی است که جامعه آماری آن با توجه به محدودبودن تعداد شرکتهای صادرکننده تجهیزات ورزشی (32 شرکت) بر اساس جدول مورگان حداقل 23 شرکت انتخاب شد. 60 پرسشنامه در میان شرکتها توزیع و دادهها به کمک نرمافزار PLS-2 تحلیل شد. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که عوامل تعیینکننده در عملکرد صادراتی صنعت پوشاک و تجهیزات ورزشی بهترتیب اولویت اثرگذاری عبارتاند از:1. عوامل محیطی؛ 2. تعهد صادراتی مدیران؛ 3. راهبرد بازاریابی مدیران؛ 4. مشوقهای صادراتی؛ 5. ویژگیهای عینی شرکت. در پایان پژوهش، پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی برای بهبود و ارتقای وضعیت عملکرد صادراتی در صنعت پوشاک و تجهیزات ورزشی ارائه شده است.

تأثیر ترکیب عوامل سنتی و برخط بر اعتماد مشتریان به بانکداری الکترونیک و تبلیغات توصیهای
امروزه فناوریهای جدید، روش ارائه خدمت به مشتریان را در بسیاری از سازمانهای خدماتی دگرگون کرده است. خدمترسانی در صنعت بانکداری نیز تحتتأثیر فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات دچار تحولات اساسی شده است. امروزه اهمیت وبسایتها و ویژگیهای منحصربهفرد آنها در ارائه انواع خدمات به مشتریان بانکها افزایش یافته است؛ از طرفی روشهای سنتی بانکداری از نظر ارتباط مستقیم با مشتریان ارزش ویژه خود را حفظ کردهاند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به ارائه مدلی ترکیبی از تأثیر عوامل سنتی و برخط بر اعتماد مشتریان به بانکداری الکترونیک و تبلیغات توصیهای میپردازد؛ بدین منظور از پرسشنامه استاندارد بر مبنای تقسیمبندی لیکرت استفاده شد و 383 نفر از مشتریان شعب «بانک ملت» شهر شیراز بهطور تصادفی طبقهای موردآزمون قرار گرفتند. تحلیل اطلاعات به روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری Amos 20 صورت گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که ویژگیهای سنتی بانک و ویژگیهای وبسایت تأثیر نسبتاً یکسانی بر اعتماد مشتریان به بانکداری الکترونیک دارند که افزایش تبلیغات توصیهای مثبت را بههمراه دارد.

تأثیر شهروندی شرکتی بر وفاداری مشتریان و تبلیغات توصیهای
پژوهش حاضر تأثیر شهروندی شرکتی را بر وفاداری مشتریان و تبلیغات توصیهای از طریق متغیرهای شهرت شرکت، ارزش ویژه برند و رضایت مشتریان بررسی میکند که با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها جزو پژوهشهای توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، بیمهگذاران شرکت «بیمه ایران» در شهر تهران هستند. برای نمونهگیری از روش نمونهگیری دردسترس استفاده شد و تعداد نمونه موردنظر 400 نفر به دست آمد. برای بررسی وتحلیل دادهها و آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرمافزارهای LISREL8.8 و WarpPLS4 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار شهروندی شرکتی بر شهرت شرکت، رضایت مشتریان و ارزش ویژه برند است. رضایت مشتری نیز بر شهرت شرکت، وفاداری مشتریان و ارزش ویژه برند تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین شهرت شرکت بر ارزش ویژه برند و تبلیغات توصیهای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ درنهایت ارزش ویژه برند بر وفاداری مشتریان و وفاداری مشتریان نیز بر تبلیغات توصیهای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد.
