تأثیر ابعاد سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید با نقش تعدیلی رکود دانش
پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی کمّی سعی دارد تأثیر مؤلفههای سرمایه فکری بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی و نوآوری بهعنوان متغیر میانجی و سپس ارتباط آن با عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید بهعنوان متغیر وابسته اصلی پژوهش را آزمون کند؛ همچنین در این پژوهش بر تأثیر تعدیلی متغیر ایستایی دانش تأکید میشود. 10 فرضیه، تبیینکننده روابط این متغیرها است. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای SPSS19 و SmartPLS2 استفاده شده است. جامعه موردمطالعه، شرکتهای فعال در مراکز رشد واحدهای فناوری تهران است که نمونهای 124تایی به روش تصادفی انتخاب شد. پرسشنامهای با طیف پنجگانه لیکرت که از منابع معتبر برای طراحی آن استفاده شده و روایی آن با نظر اساتید به تأیید رسید در این مؤسسهها توزیع و به روش خودگزارشی تکمیل شد. پایایی ابزار مورداستفاده با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برای بخش سرمایه فکری 910/0، قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی 916/0، نوآوری 896/0 عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید 881/0 و رکود دانش 517/0 بهدست آمد که نشاندهنده مطلوبیت مناسب ابزار است. الگوی پژوهش با استفاده از روش الگوی معادلات ساختاری و با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی آزمون شد. نتایج، ضمن برازش خوب الگو، همه فرضیههای پژوهش بهجز یک مورد را تأیید کرد.

الگوسازی عوامل اثرگذار بر قابلیت نوآوری در صنعت مواد غذایی
قابلیت نوآوری یکی از مهمترین قابلیتهای سازمانی است که به ایجاد برتری رقابتی در عرصه کسبوکار منجر میشود؛ از سوی دیگر ایجاد و استقرار قابلیت نوآوری در سازمان، مستلزم شناخت عوامل اثرگذار بر این قابلیت مهم است. پژوهش حاضر ضمن مطالعه عمیق و منتقدانه مبانی علمی این موضوع، نشان داده است که قابلیت نوآوری به قابلیت عملیاتی، قابلیت انسانی و قابلیت ساختاری وابسته است. این پژوهش ضمن تأیید رابطه مستقیم میان قابلیت نوآوری و این سه قابلیت، مؤلفههای مؤثر بر هر یک از این قابلیتها را استخراج کرده است. ظرفیت یافت فرصت محیطی، ظرفیت ساخت ایده، ظرفیت دانش فردی، ظرفیت دانش سازمانی، ظرفیت مدیریتی، ظرفیت فرهنگی، ظرفیت ارتباطی، ظرفیت فناورانه و ظرفیت پشتیبانی، مؤلفههای استخراجشده در این پژوهش هستند. الگوی نهایی قابلیت نوآوری در سازمان نشان میدهد که قابلیت نوآوری در سازمان به سه بُعد و نُه مؤلفه و 22 شاخص وابستگی مستقیم و معنادار دارد؛ همچنین این شاخصها در 60 شرکت بزرگ و فعال در صنعت مواد غذایی مورد نظرخواهی قرار گرفتند تا بدین وسیله میزان اثرگذاری و اهمیت هر یک از این شاخصها سنجیده و به کمک روش معادلات ساختاری، الگوی نهایی پژوهش تبیین شود؛ بهعلاوه رتبه اهمیت هر یک از این شاخصها از منظر مخاطبان صنعت مواد غذایی از دیگر نتایج این پژوهش بود.

ارتباط ارزش ویژه برند مبتنی بر مشتری، ارزش ویژه رفتاری و عملکرد برند در بازار
با توجه به اهمیتیافتن جایگاه برند و بهتبع آن ارزش ویژه برند در سالهای اخیر، شناسایی سازههای تشکیلدهنده ارزش ویژه برند و بررسی فعالیتهای مختلف بازاریابی که باعث تقویت این سازهها میشود و ارائه الگوهایی برای اندازهگیری ارزش ویژه برند برای شرکتها و صنایع مختلف به امری انکارناپذیر تبدیل شده است. در این پژوهش تلاش شد، ارتباطات میان مفاهیم ارزش ویژه برند مبتنی بر مشتری، ارزش ویژه رفتاری مشتری، عملکرد برند در بازار، در سطح برندهای منتخب صنعت لبنیات در شهر تهران موردبررسی و آزمون قرار گیرد. 10 برند اصلی در شهر تهران که بیش از 80 درصد سهم بازار را در اختیار دارند انتخاب شد. با توجه به محدودیت این تعداد، از روش آماری تحلیل همبستگی کانونی برای بررسی ارتباطجمعی متغیرهای آنها و از نرمافزارهای SAS 9 و STATISTICA 7 برای تحلیل استفاده شد؛ درنهایت رابطه بین سازههای اصلی پژوهش موردتأیید قرار گرفت و مشخص شد تقویت هر یک از سازههای ارزش ویژه برند مبتنی بر مشتری، ارزش ویژه رفتاری مشتری، میتواند بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در بهبود وضعیت عملکرد برند در بازار (سهم بازار) برندها مؤثر باشد.

جذب، حفظ و ارتباط بلندمدت مشتری با سازمان ازجمله مؤلفههایی است که بازاریابی رابطهمند بر آن تأکید زیادی دارد. برنامههای رابطهمند ارائهشده توسط سازمان باید به نحوی باشند که موردپذیرش مشتریان قرار گیرند تا به سازمان، وابسته و متعهد شوند؛ ازاینرو پژوهش حاضر که مطالعهای توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است، تأثیر عوامل مشتری که شامل تنوعطلبی، حریم خصوصی، تکرار خرید و درگیری است را بر وابستگی و تعهد آنان بررسی میکند؛ بدین منظور، بر اساس الگوی مفهومی پژوهش، روابط علّی بین متغیرهای عوامل مشتری، پذیرش برنامههای رابطهمند، تعهد و وابستگی مسافران به هتل و نوع تأثیرگذاری عوامل مشتری بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم فرضیهسازی و بررسی شد و اطلاعات لازم با استفاده از پرسشنامه بهصورت غیرتصادفی دردسترس در میان مسافران هتلهای 5 ستاره مشهد با حجم نمونه 384 عدد جمعآوری شد و با استفاده از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تمامی عوامل مشتری بررسیشده در این پژوهش بر وابستگی و تعهد آنان به سازمان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

شناسایی و تدوین معیار سنجش عقلانیت مصرفکننده
مصرف مثل دیگر رفتارهای انسان میتواند عقلانی یا غیرعقلانی باشد؛ ولی نظریههای کنونی در حوزه تحلیل عقلانیت مصرفکننده فاقد معیاری میان ذهنی(مشترک بین همه افراد) برای تفکیک رفتارهای عقلانی و غیرعقلانی مصرف هستند. در این پژوهش کوشش شده است تا با استفاده از روشهای ترکیبی کیفی و کمّی، یک معیار میان ذهنی برای سنجش عقلانیت مصرف شناسایی و تدوین شود. در فاز اول پژوهش مصاحبههای عمیق با یازده نفر از خبرگان حوزه اقتصاد، رفتار مصرفکننده و جامعهشناسی انجام شد. با اجرا و بررسی مصاحبههای صورتگرفته، 12 شاخص برای تعریف مصرف غیرعقلانی استخراج شد. این شاخصها با مراجعه مجدد به خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت؛ سپس با طراحی پرسشنامهای مبتنی بر این شاخصها این پرسشنامه در میان نمونهای 450 نفری از مصرفکنندگان تهرانی توزیع شد که 428 پرسشنامه گردآوری و درنهایت 417 پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. 12 شاخص شناساییشده در مصاحبه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی به سه مفهوم تقسیمبندی شد. این مفاهیم بهترتیب عقلانیت مالی، عقلانیت اجتماعی و عقلانیت کارکردی نامگذاری شدند. آزمونهای انجامشده نشان داد که ابزار سنجش طراحیشده توانایی و استحکام لازم برای سنجش مقوله مصرف غیرعقلانی را دارد

الگوی تأثیر سبک بازاریابی و نظامهای محیطی بازاریابی بر عملکرد صادراتی
کیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و تبیین الگویی برای ارزیابی تأثیر سبک بازاریابی و نظامهای محیطی بازاریابی بر عملکرد بازارهای هدف صادراتی در صنعت سنگهای تزئینی کشور است. در این مطالعه، پژوهشگر با استفاده از رویکرد منابع، روابط بین اجزای الگو که شامل سبک بازاریابی، نظامهای محیطی بازاریابی و عملکرد صادراتی در بازارهای هدف صنعت سنگهای تزئینی است را بررسی میکند. الگوی مفهومی پژوهش حاضر 3 عنصر عمده در مدیریت بازاریابی بینالمللی را با هم ادغام میکند. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و از شاخه پیمایشی و شیوه گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه است. بررسی و تحلیل دادههای پرسشنامه پژوهش نیز با استفاده از فنون تحلیل عاملی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاریافته اصلاح و پس از تعدیل، تأیید شد. بر اساس نتایج ، تأثیر نظامهای محیطی بازاریابی 63/0 نسبت به سبک بازاریابی 29/0 بر عملکرد صادراتی بیشتر است و همچنین از نظر ابعاد شکلدهنده سازههای اصلی پژوهش، بُعد مشوقهای صادراتی بیشترین اثر را بر عملکرد صادراتی دارد.

ارزیابی کیفیت وبسایت شرکت بیمه پارسیان
امروزه بیشتر شرکتهای بیمهگر خدمات خود را از طریق وبسایتهای رسمی ارائه میدهند. با توجه به نقش مهم کیفیت وبسایت در جلب نظر مشتریان، این پژوهش میکوشد تا با اتکا به الگوی ایـکوال، کیفیت وبسایت «شرکت بیمه پارسیان» را از منظر کاربران آن تحلیل کند؛ بدین منظور پرسشنامهای استاندارد از طریق پست الکترونیک برای 400 نفر از کاربران وبسایت شرکت ارسال شد. تحلیل دادههای 232 پرسشنامه معتبر گردآوریشده نشاندهنده فاصلهای معنادار بین وضع موجود و وضع آرمانی وبسایت از منظر کاربران بود. با توجه به نتایج تحلیلهای رگرسیونی، پیشنهاد میشود برای دستیابی به سطح آرمانی موردنظر کاربران ابتدا بر قابلیت استفاده، سپس تعامل خدمات و درنهایت کیفیت اطلاعات وبسایت تمرکز شود؛ درضمن از تحلیل واریانس عاملی با اندازههای تکراری برای رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر هر مؤلفه استفاده شد. نتایج این تحلیل نشان داد که در بُعد قابلیت استفاده عامل «سهولت استفاده» در رتبه نخست و عامل «جذابیت ظاهری» در رتبه انتهایی، در بُعد تعامل خدمات عامل «صداقت و پاسخگویی در ارائه خدمات» در رتبه نخست و عامل «امنیت تراکنشها» در رتبه انتهایی و در بُعد کیفیت اطلاعات عامل «بهنگامبودن اطلاعات» در رتبه نخست و «قابلفهمبودن اطلاعات» در رتبه انتهایی قرار دارند

تأثیر هوش هیجانی بر عشق به برند با تبیین نقش میانجی اعتماد به برند
چکیده ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ هوش هیجانی و عشق به برند مشتریان «برند الجی» اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از نظر ﻫﺪف ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی و از ﻧﻈﺮ جمعآوری دادهها، ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻲ - ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری این پژوهش ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺼﺮفﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن «برند الجی» ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ میدهد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش نمونهگیری ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ محدود، ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ در میان بانک ایمیل 107 هزارتایی کاربران فعال اینترنت ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ و درنهایت 1772 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞاﺳﺘﻔﺎده بررسی و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ شد. برای بررسی و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دادههای ﺟﻤﻊآوریﺷﺪه از نرمافزار Lisre l8.8 ﺑﺮای اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﻲ ﺗأﻳﻴﺪی و آزﻣﻮن الگوی پژوهش و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ و آمار توصیفی از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS21 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده شد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از آن اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین هوش هیجانی و ﻋﺸﻖ به ﺑﺮﻧﺪ وجود ندارد و هوش هیجانی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر اعتماد به برند دارد؛ همچنین یافتهها رابطه مثبت و معنادار اعتماد به برند بر عشق به برند را نشان میدهد.

رابطه بین راهبردهای کسبوکار و راهبردهای بازاریابی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط
در محیط متغیر و پویای امروزی، شرکتها نیازمند طراحی و بهرهگیری از راهبردهایی هستند که بتواند آنها را در بهبود روزافزون عملکردشان یاری رساند؛ از سوی دیگر ارائه بهترین عملکرد در زمینهی بازاریابی به اساسیترین دغدغهی مدیران تبدیل شده است و میکوشند تا به عملکرد برتر دست یابند؛ بنابراین بهرهگیری راهبرد مناسب ازجمله موارد مهم هر شرکتی است. هدف این مقاله بررسی رابطه بین راهبردهای کسبوکار و راهبردهای بازاریابی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و جزو پژوهشهای همبستگی محسوب میشود. جامعه آماری شامل 345 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان شرکتها است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری دردسترس و بهرهگیری از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 182 نفر لحاظ شد. برای جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری آن توسط استادان دانشگاه و اعتبار سازه نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل موردبررسی قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مناسب تشخیص داده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد بین راهبردهای کسبوکار و راهبردهای بازاریابی همبستگی قوی وجود دارد.

اثر تبلیغات توصیهای مثبت، تصویر فروشگاه و ریسک ادراکی بر تمایل خرید از برند فروشگاهی
در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر چند عامل مختلف (تبلیغات توصیهای مثبت، تصویر فروشگاه و ریسک ادراکی از برند فروشگاهی) بر تمایل خرید از برند فروشگاهی بررسی شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها، تعداد 420 پرسشنامه در میان مشتریان «فروشگاه اتکا» توزیع شد که تعداد 387 عدد از پرسشنامهها صحیح بودند و برای بررسی و تحلیل استفاده شدند. طبق نتایج پژوهش، تأثیر تبلیغات توصیهای مثبت بر تصویر فروشگاه، تبلیغات توصیهای مثبت بر تمایل خرید از برند فروشگاهی، تصویر فروشگاه بر ریسک ادراکی از برند فروشگاهی و ریسک ادراکی از برند فروشگاهی بر تمایل به خرید از برند فروشگاهی تأیید شد؛ ولی تأثیر تصویر فروشگاه بر تمایل خرید از برند فروشگاهی تأیید نشد.
