انعطافپذیری راهبردی: از تحلیل مفهومی تا الگوی فرآیندی
در شرایطی که عدماطمینان کسبوکارها را احاطه کرده و رویدادهای آینده با عدم قطعیت توأم است، دستیابی به راهبردهایی که بتوانند با برقراری توازن لازم بین تعهد و تغییر، سازمان را به مزیت رقابتی برسانند، دشوارتر میشود. یکی از مسیرهای تحقق چنین توازنی، انعطافپذیری راهبردی است. علیرغم اهمیت مفهوم انعطافپذیری راهبردی و تعدد مطالعات در این زمینه، پیچیدگی و چندگانگی همچنان آن را احاطه کرده و همین امر استفاده نظری و عملیاتی مؤثر از آن را دشوار ساخته است. مقاله حاضر برای تسهیل درک چندجانبه مفهوم انعطافپذیری راهبردی و کمک به طراحی ابزار سنجش آن، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر دادههای متنی و دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه و با بهرهگیری از منطق تناسب راهبردی، الگوی فرآیندی انعطافپذیری راهبردی را طراحی و تبیین کرده است. الگوی مزبور درصدد ترکیب و برقراری همسازی و ارتباط بین تعریفها و الگوهای انعطافپذیری راهبردی و بهخصوص چهار رویکرد عملیاتیسازی آن است و ضمن ارائه تعریف جدیدی از این مفهوم، پویاییهای آن را نیز به تصویر میکشد.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی موانع توسعه مشارکت بخش خصوصی – دولتی
شتاببخشیدن به روند رشد اقتصادی در کشورها مستلزم کاهش سطح حضور دولت در فعالیتهای غیرحاکمیتی است که ممکن است در چارچوب خصوصیسازی تعریف شود؛ اما آنچه موضوع مشارکت بخش خصوصی ـ دولتی را از مفهوم خصوصیسازی متمایز میسازد، این است که در بحث مشارکت بخش خصوصی ـ دولتی، دولتها وظایف قانونی و مسئولیتهای حاکمیتی خود را حفظ میکنند و با تقبل بخشی از ریسک و حداقلکردن آن، زمینه شراکت بخش خصوصی با بخش دولتی را فراهم میآورند. یکی از راهبردهاهای کاهش هجمه خصوصیسازی، طراحی پروژههای مشارکتی بین بخشهای خصوصی و دولتی است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی موانع توسعه راهبرد مشارکت بخش خصوصی ـ دولتی در پروژههای ملّی و اولویتبندی هر یک از موانع است. راهبرد پژوهشی این مطالعه، ترکیبی و مستلزم گرداوری و تحلیل هر دو نوع داده کمّی و کیفی است که درنهایت 46 مانع شناسایی و در 9 دسته طبقهبندی شد. شناخت موانع مشارکت بخش خصوصی ـ دولتی به مدیران دولتی کمک خواهد کرد تا با شناسایی موانع و رفع آنها، ضمن کاهش هزینهها بهویژه پیشگیری از افزایش هزینه و تسریع عملیات اجرای پروژه در زمان تعیینشده، خدمات عمومی باکیفیتتری را به شهروندان ارائه کنند.

تأثیر ریسک ادراکشده بر نگرش مشتریان بانکداری اینترنتی
با رشد روزافزون فناوری اطلاعات و بازار رقابتی موجود در حوزه بانکی ایران، موضوع پذیرش بانکداری الکترونیک توسط مشتریان موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. یکی از مفاهیم کاربردی در ارائه خدمات الکترونیک بانکی، بانکداری اینترنتی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تبیین تأثیر ادراک از ریسک خدمات بانکداری اینترنتی بر نگرش از بانکداری اینترنتی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، استفادهکنندگان از خدمات بانکداری اینترنتی«بانک ملت» و نمونه موردبررسی، استفادهکنندگان از خدمات بانکداری اینترنتی «بانک ملت» در شهر تهران است. دادههای گردآوریشده بهوسیله پرسشنامه در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی بررسی و تحلیل شدند. در سطح آمار توصیفی، توصیف جمعیتشناختی اعضای نمونه انجام شد و در سطح آمار استنباطی نتایج بهکارگیری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که ادراک از ریسک استفاده از خدمات بانکداری اینترنتی بر نگرش افراد درخصوص بانکداری اینترنتی تأثیر دارد. انتظار میرود نتایج این مطالعه و پیشنهادهای مدیریتی ارائهشده به بانکها بر کاهش تأثیر منفی این ریسکها مؤثر باشد.

مفهومپردازی آمیزه بازاریابی در کسبوکارهای فرهنگی - هنری
هدف مطالعه حاضر این است که با کنکاشی نوپردازانه و ایجاد همگرایی مؤثر سه حوزه بازاریابی، کارآفرینی فرهنگی و کسبوکارهای هنری به تبیین چگونگی و چیستی آمیزه بازاریابی کسبوکارهای فرهنگی- هنری بپردازد و با پیشنهاد یک چارچوب مفهومی، شیوه ساماندهی فعالیتهای بازاریابی این کسبوکارها را مستندسازی کند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر مشارکت نظری حوزه آمیزه بازاریابی و مشارکت عملی، الگوشناسی فعالیتهای بازاریابی کسبوکارهای فرهنگی- هنری با استفاده از راهبرد مطالعه موردی مرکب، نوآوری دارد؛ به این صورت که نتایج پژوهش با بهچالشکشیدن پژوهشهای پیشین به یک الگوی نوآورانه از آمیزه بازاریابی منتج شده است. روش پژوهش طی ۳ مرحله مطالعه موردی مرکب و گروه کانونی در قسمت کیفی و روش توصیفی در قسمت کمّی انجام شده است. در مرحله اول از ابزار مصاحبههای عمیق با ۲۰ نفر از فعالان و صاحبنظران حوزه فرهنگ و هنر و در مرحله دوم از ابزار پرسشنامه برای آزمون الگوی پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که عناصر آمیزه بازاریابی کسبوکارهای فرهنگی- هنری شامل ۵ مقوله اصلی الگو 5Cs شامل شبکه تماس و قابلیتهای ارتباطی، محتوا، خلاقیت، ارزش فرهنگی و خالق اثر هستند؛ همچنین در بخش کمّی الگوی معادلات ساختاری و مقادیر تحلیل مسیر هر مقوله دارای کفایت لازم برای تبیین فعالیتهای بازاریابی کسبوک

الگوی گونهشناسی رهیافتهای کلان سازمانها در تخصیص منابع بازاریابی
تخصیص منابع بازاریابی ازجمله تصمیمهای راهبردی سازمانها بهشمار میرود که سودآوری آنها را بهطور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم متأثر میسازد. ماهیت پویای پدیده تخصیص منابع بازاریابی و محیط پرچالش و دائماً متغیر سازمانها از یک سو و ظهور رسانههای جدید از سوی دیگر باعث شده است روشهای سنتی تخصیص منابع بازاریابی کارایی لازم را نداشته باشند. این پژوهش بر اساس راهبرد پژوهش استقرایی و با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی و با تکیه بر فلسفه ساختگرایی اجتماعی، ضمن تبیین عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر تصمیمهای تخصیص منابع بازاریابی، رهیافتهای کلان سازمانهای ایرانی در تخصیص منابع بازاریابی را گونهشناسی و تبیین میکند. روش پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای کیفی و نمونه پژوهش شامل 28 نفر از خبرگان، مدیران ارشد، مشاوران، مدیران و کارشناسان بازاریابی و فروش سازمانهای فعال در صنایع غذایی و نوشیدنی و روش نمونهگیری، تلفیقی از نمونهگیریهای هدفمند و نظری بوده است. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، رهیافتهای کلان سازمانها در تخصیص منابع بازاریابی بر اساس دو بُعد «جهتگیری راهبردی سازمان» و «مرحله چرخه عمر محصول» در چهار دسته «محبوبیت»، «تمایز»، «شهرت» و «ثبات» قابلتبیین هستند.

عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل مصرفکنندگان به خرید بیشتر در صنعت بیمه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کیفیت خدمات، ارزش ادراکشده، رضایت مشتری و تصویر ذهنی بر تمایلات رفتاری مصرفکنندگان صورت گرفته است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری دادهها جزو پژوهشهای توصیفی - پیمایشی است که بر روی نمونهای 517 نفری از مشتریان «بیمه ایران» در شهرستان بجنورد انجام گرفت. ازجمله محدودیتهای این پژوهش هزینهبربودن و دردسترسنبودن تمام مشتریان صنعت بیمه است. در این پژوهش 9 فرضیه بررسی شد که در نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری، دو فرضیه که تأثیر کیفیت خدمات بر تمایلات رفتاری و همچنین تأثیر ارزش ادراکشده بر تصویر شرکت را بررسی میکردند، رد شدند. از کاربردهای مدیریتی پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر کیفیت خدمات و ارزش ادراک شده و چگونگی تأثیر آن بر رضایت مشتری، تصویر شرکت و تمایلات رفتاری مصرفکنندگان است که کاربردهای بسیاری در صنایع و سازمانها دارد. نوآوری پژوهش، بررسی مدل ارائهشده با این حجم از متغیرها است که نشان میدهد ارائه خدمات با کیفیت بالا و ارزش ایجاد شده برای مشتری به خوبی میتواند به رضایت زیاد مشتری منجر شود؛ بنابراین تصویر ذهنی ایجادشده از شرکت را تحتتأثیر قرار میدهد و باعث حفظ مشتریان میشود.

پاسخ رفتاری مصرفکننده به راهبردهای بازاریابی خیرخواهانه در چارچوب SOR
در سالهای اخیر شرکتها برای بهدستآوردن سهمی از بازار مصرفکنندگان از روشهای گوناگونی استفاده میکنند. یکی ازاین روشها که امروزه موردتوجه بنگاهها قرار گرفته است، حمایت از راهبردهای بازاریابی خیرخواهانه است؛ ازاینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر راهبردهای بازاریابی خیرخواهانه بر قضاوت اخلاقی و افزایش قصد خرید مصرفکننده در چارچوب محرک- ارگانیسم- پاسخ (SOR) است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بر حسب روش توصیفی است که با بهکارگیری ابزار پرسشنامه بومیشده و روش پیمایشی دادههای موردنیاز جمعآوری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمامی استفادهکنندگان خدمات آموزشی «کانون قلمچی» در استان قم است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، تعداد 360 نمونه قابلقبول جمعآوری شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی و الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرمافزار AMOS 24 انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که راهبردهای بازاریابی خیرخواهانه (تناسب برند- علت، انس با علت و اهمیت علت) بر قضاوت اخلاقی مصرفکننده اثر مثبت و معناداری دارند و قضاوت اخلاقی نیز بر قصد مصرفکننده اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
