Objective: Implicit self theories are a new and complex topic in the field of consumer behavior and marketing. The purpose of this article is to systematically review and critically analyze the research conducted on implicit self theories, also known as mindsets, and to address the research question "What marketing research has been conducted for mindsets until now and what could be future avenues for research?"
Methodology: A systematic review of the existing literature was performed based on two databases, Web of Science and Scopus. A total of 76 articles were included in the final analysis. The selected articles were analyzed with the help of CiteSpace software. Findings indicate that consumer’s mindset is a multidimensional concept with distinctive features.
Findings: Various authors in psychology have studied and analyzed this concept with the help of various research methods. But what is clear is the novelty of mindset in the world of consumer behavior and the need for unique theoretical contributions in this area.
Conclusion: This review provides transparency about the mechanisms of mindsets and their role in shaping the attitude, preferences and behavior of consumers, also provides managerial implications of consumer’s mindset and finally, mentions the future directions of this research field.

Objective: The present study was conducted by combining previous research with the aim of providing a comprehensive picture of the paradoxes arising from pursuing ambidexterity as an organizational strategy.
Methodology: The research methodology is qualitative with a meta- synthesis approach. Exploring studies related to ambidexterity paradoxes, 223 studies were evaluated and finally, after multiple screenings of the studies, 45 articles were selected.
Findings: With the help of coding method, 67 codes, 12 concepts and 4 components were identified and validated through Kappa Cohen coefficient. Using seven-step model of Sandelowski and Barroso, the findings of 44 previous studies related to the objectives of the study were reviewed, aggregated, combined and interpreted.
Conclusion: According to the results, paradoxes emerging from pursuing ambidexterity are bundled in four different categories of paradoxes including paradoxes resulted from stakeholders’ interest, paradoxes resulted from control maintenance, paradoxes resulted from resources limitation, paradoxes resulted from innovation system inefficiency.

Objective: Retailers need to take care of their customers and satisfy them in the face of product prices through multiple communication channels. Therefore, in the present study, we design the customer price experience framework in multiple retail channels.
Methodology: This research was conducted with a single qualitative approach, interpretive philosophy and theme analysis. The statistical population of the research includes a group of offline and online customers of Digi Kala. The sampling method is targeted and selective sampling method with maximum diversity.
Findings: MAXQDA 2020 software has been used to extract 11 and 13 main themes in offline and online shopping, respectively. These codes are the result of the researcher's deep involvement with the research subject of the researcher's studies and notes (memos) in the research process. Expected quality lack code (11 referrals), in the offline channel, and pay attention to negative comments code (11 referrals), in the online channel had the highest frequency in terms of the number of referrals and based on the classification of the purchase process and customer touch points.
Conclusion: This model can be very useful for offline and online retail owners and business managers for deep knowledge of customers and designing a comprehensive price value package that meets the maximum expectations of customers.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the factors affecting required return on investment in the commercialization of academic researches in Iran's knowledge-based industries.
Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose, and exploratory in terms of mixed nature. In a qualitative approach, 53 components were identified by a systematic review of studies related to the research problem
And 46 components were selected from them with the consensus of 17 experts using fuzzy Delphi method and then they were categorized by exploratory factor analysis method in six dimensions. In the quantitative approach to evaluate the identified components, using a survey method and a researcher-made questionnaire, sample opinions were collected including 56 managers of venture capital funds who were randomly selected and then were analyzed by the method of structural equation model and with the help of SPSS and LISREL software.
Findings: investing in commercialization of academic researches related to knowledge-based industries in Iran doesn't have return required.
One of the important reasons is the inconsistency of research policies of higher education, strategic goals of academic researches and market mechanisms for the consumption of products of knowledge-based industries.
Results: 46 components have effect on the required return on investment: structural and managerial dimensions (11 components), specialization (9 components), research (11 components), commercial (8 components) and value creation (5 components).

With the penetration of digital technologies in today's world, understanding corporate social responsibility in the new business place has become more difficult than before, so, the current research is conducted with the aim of understanding the concept of digital social responsibility and the state of its application by the digital businesses in Iran.
the methodology is an exploratory mixed method. In the qualitative part, by using the method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2007), a meta-combination was conducted. for this purpose, 25 articles during 2000-2022 met inclusion criteria. In the quantitative section, the selected businesses were investigated by using the quantitative content analysis method From the point of view of applying digital social responsibility codes in their business.
Based on the Meta‐synthesis results, the concept of digital social responsibility was identified in 6 main categories: "Humanitarian activities in digital space ", "Social activities in digital space", "Environmental activities in digital space", "Responsible content in digital space", "Responsible relationships with customers in digital space" And "responsible business performance." Quantitative content analysis findings showed that the categories of participation in voluntary activities had the highest frequency and activism in cyberspace had the lowest frequency.
Businesses should consider the new dimensions of social responsibility such as deep and interactive relationships with customers, taking action on social issues, and all-around empathy with audiences in oncoming crises (from economic to natural crises).

Objective: Designing a sustainable business model centered on a resilient economy can support innovative, infrastructure, and often high-risk businesses in the economies of developing countries. This model seeks to balance the financial and non-financial dimensions, relying on internal capabilities and using external capacities to turn pressures, constraints into opportunities.
Methodology: The orientation of this research is applied, the philosophy of research is interpretive, the approach of research is inductive, the purpose of research is exploratory, its nature is mixed and the strategy used has been in the qualitative part of theme analysis and in the quantitative part of survey. The method of collecting semi-structured interview data was from experts of development banks, which reached theoretical saturation with 15 interviews.
Findings: Interpretive structural equation method has been used to level the extracted categories. Based on the results, the first level includes redefining development plans, monitoring the environment and creating and identifying potential capacity; the second level: developmental accreditation; the third level, people-centeredness; Risk-taking, agility improvement and the fourth level of financial structure have been stable.
Conclusion: Sustainable business model with a focus on resistance economics leads to effective implementation of development banks' mission

The data in the current research was obtained from interviews with experts familiar with the research topic and platform managers; The obtained data were coded using Atlas software and inductive thematic analysis method.
Findings: Finally, by extracting 74 basic codes, 11 sub-themes and 4 main themes (external responsibility, coordination, value creation and critical volume), the model of factors affecting the internationalization of B2B platforms was created.
Conclusion: This pattern can provide new insight to B2B platform business owners to access international markets, improve the overall image of the business and increase production capacity.
