با توجه به افزایش رقابت در صنعت بانکداری طی چند سال اخیر و ظهور تعداد زیاد بانکهای خصوصی، الزام استفاده از روشهای نوین بازاریابی در ارائه خدمات جدید بیش از پیش احساس میشود. بازاریابی حسی یکی از روشهای نوظهور بازاریابی است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، شناسایی تأثیر بازاریابی حسی بر توسعه خدمات جدید در بانک با ماهیت قرضالحسنه، رسالت است. با توجه به مرور متون گذشته هیچ پژوهشی به شناسایی تأثیر بازاریابی حسی در عرصه خدمات و بهویژه خدمات مالی نپرداخته است و این یکی از جنبههای نوآوری پژوهش حاضر به شمار میرود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پیمایشی بوده و بهمنظورگردآوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفادهشده است. با مرور متون مرتبط و نظر متخصصان تعداد 41 سؤال برای پرسشنامه طراحی و بهمنظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، نمونه 96 نفری از مشتریان بانک قرضالحسنه رسالت در شهر تهران انتخاب شد داده ها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و plsSmart مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که پنج حس بینایی، شنوایی، لامسه، چشایی و بویایی بر مرحله ارائه خدمت به بازار در فرآیند توسعه خدمت جدید تأثیرگذار است. بهعلاوه اینکه از نظر مشتریان بانک، حس لامسه بر ارائه خدمت به بازار اثرگذاری بیشتری از سایر حواس دارد. Abstract Due to increased competition in the banking industry over the past few years and the emergence of a large number of private banks, there is a need for innovative methods of marketing new services more than ever. Sensory marketing is one of the recent methods of marketing. The present study aims to identify sensory marketing impacts on the development of new services in the Resalat Qarz–al-Hasaneh Bank. According to the literature review, no research has focused on the impacts of sensory marketing in the field of services, particularly financial services, and this is one innovative aspect of this study. This paper is a survey study, and questionnaire has been used to collect data. After reviewing the existing literature and consulting the experts' opinions, 41 questions were designed. In order to achieve the goals of the study, a sample of 96 customers of the Resalat Qarz–al-Hasaneh Bank in Tehran were selected. And the data were analyzed by means of SPSS and SMART PLS software. The results revealed that five senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smelling have an impact on the phase of service introduction to the market in the process of NSD. Besides according to the customers, the sense of touch is more influential than other senses in service introduction to the market.
