با وجود آنکه درباره اهمیت نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی در کارآفرینی و کارآفرینی راهبردی توافق کلی وجود دارد، اما شواهد تجربی کمی در این خصوص وجود دارد و تبیین نظری روشنی صورت نگرفته است. در این راستا، به منظور ارائه یک الگوی جامع، در این مقاله رابطه مدیریت منابع انسانی با کارآفرینی راهبردی را بررسی میکنیم. دادهها از 251 مدیر ارشد و مدیر منابع انسانی فعال در صنعت فولاد گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر آزمون شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این است که چهار جنبه از اقدامهای منابع انسانی شامل ارزیابی عملکرد و جبران خدمت، طراحی شغل، ساختار تیمی وظیفهای و آموزش تیم محور با کارآفرینی راهبردی رابطه مثبت دارند. همچنین تبادل اطلاعات و دانش و مخاطرهپذیری سازمانی، در الگو نقش متغیر میانجی را ایفا میکنند.
