در شرایطی که عدماطمینان کسبوکارها را احاطه کرده و رویدادهای آینده با عدم قطعیت توأم است، دستیابی به راهبردهایی که بتوانند با برقراری توازن لازم بین تعهد و تغییر، سازمان را به مزیت رقابتی برسانند، دشوارتر میشود. یکی از مسیرهای تحقق چنین توازنی، انعطافپذیری راهبردی است. علیرغم اهمیت مفهوم انعطافپذیری راهبردی و تعدد مطالعات در این زمینه، پیچیدگی و چندگانگی همچنان آن را احاطه کرده و همین امر استفاده نظری و عملیاتی مؤثر از آن را دشوار ساخته است. مقاله حاضر برای تسهیل درک چندجانبه مفهوم انعطافپذیری راهبردی و کمک به طراحی ابزار سنجش آن، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر دادههای متنی و دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه و با بهرهگیری از منطق تناسب راهبردی، الگوی فرآیندی انعطافپذیری راهبردی را طراحی و تبیین کرده است. الگوی مزبور درصدد ترکیب و برقراری همسازی و ارتباط بین تعریفها و الگوهای انعطافپذیری راهبردی و بهخصوص چهار رویکرد عملیاتیسازی آن است و ضمن ارائه تعریف جدیدی از این مفهوم، پویاییهای آن را نیز به تصویر میکشد.
