تأثیر انگیزه های استفاده از خدمات پیام کوتاه (SMS) بر نگرش نسبت به تبلیغات

چکیده

توسعه سریع فناوری های ارتباطی و ضریب نفوذ بالای تلفن همراه در جامعه، این وسیله را به یکی از کانال های جدید ارتباطی بازاریابی تبدیل نموده و به شرکت ها اجازه می دهد تا بدون هیچ گونه محدودیت زمانی و مکانی به مشتریان خود دسترسی داشته باشند. هدف اولیه پژوهش حاضر تبیین انگیزه های کاربران تلفن همراه در استفاده از پیام کوتاه (SMS) از طریق نظریه استفاده و لذت و همچنین نگرش آن ها نسبت به تبلیغات از طریق پیام کوتاه است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه به جمع آوری داده ها از 402 نفر از شهروندان تهرانی پرداخته شده است. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل همبستگی زیر گروه انجام گرفت. نتایج شش انگیزه ارتباط شخصی، آسودگی، برقراری تماس، مباشرت اجتماعی، لذت و تجلی همگانی را به منظور استفاده از پیام کوتاه نشان می دهد. همچنین بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم انگیزه های معاشرت اجتماعی و سهولت بر نگرش نسبت به تبلیغات پیام کوتاه می باشد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد می شود تا سازمان ها بر اساس انگیزه های مشتریان و طرز نگرش آن ها نسبت به این نوع از تبلیغات به اعتمادسازی پرداخته و به بروز بودن و با محتوی بودن پیام های تبلیغاتی توجه ویژه داشته باشند.
