تبیین الگوی عملکرد اتحادهای راهبردی: رویکرد مبتنی بر قابلیت‌ها

چکیده

تشکیل اتحادهای راهبردی یکی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای بنگاه‌ها در صنعت نفت و صنایع وابسته آن است. از این رو ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها نیز یکی از مهم‌ترین عرصه‌های مطالعاتی به شمار می‌رود. به همین منظور در این پژوهش الگوی عملکرد اتحادهای راهبردی ارائه شده است. 113 پرسشنامه در میان بنگاه‌های مشارکت‌کننده در اتحادهای راهبردی صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی توزیع شد که 73 پرسشنامه قابل‌استفاده برگشت داده شد. پایایی متغیرهای مکنون همگی در بازه قابل‌قبول قرار دارد. برای آزمون الگو نیز از روش کمترین مربعات جزیی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS-Graph نسخه 0/2 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تجربه اتحاد بر دو بعد قابلیت اتحاد یعنی قابلیت مدیریت اتحاد و سازوکارهای اتحاد و عملکرد اثر مثبتی دارد. همچنین تأثیر قابلیت مدیریت اتحاد بر قابلیت‌های عملیاتی و اثر مزیت رقابتی بر عملکرد نیز تأیید شد. تفکیک آثار نشان داد که تجربه اتحاد تأثیر بسزایی در عملکرد اتحادها دارد.

Developing an Alliance Performance Conceptual Framework: Resource Based View

 Manizheh Ghareche *, Abbas Ali Hajikarimi **, Sayyed Hamid Khodadadhoseini ***, Vahid Makkizade****[1] Abstract     Forming of strategic alliances is one of the most important strategies of firms in the oil industry and its related industries. The performance evaluation is also an important field of study is considered. Hence the purpose of this study is to present a model of strategic alliance performance. 113 questionnaires distributed among firms participating in strategic alliances in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry and 73 usable questionnaires were distributed, returned. Latent variables are all in the range of acceptable reliability. To test the model, partial least squares method and Smart PLS-Graph software version 2.0 was used. The results showed that alliance experience has a positive effect on two dimensions of the alliance capability include of alliance mechanisms and alliance management capability. Positive impact of Alliance management capability  on operational capabilities and competitive advantage impact on performance was also confirmed.
