Author Guidelines
We warmly welcome scholars interested in submitting their manuscripts to the Journal of Business Management Perspective. Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully review the following guidelines before submission, during the review process, and after acceptance.
Pre-Submission Requirements
To ensure the integrity, originality, and professional quality of published work, authors are expected to adhere to the highest standards of research ethics and academic conduct. Manuscripts should be aligned with the journal’s aims, scope, and thematic priorities.
Priority for Original Research: The journal primarily considers original research articles derived from faculty research projects and doctoral dissertations.
Preferred Research Designs: Manuscripts based on qualitative, mixed-methods, or experimental research receive priority consideration.
Survey Research: Survey-based studies will be considered only if they demonstrate clear methodological or thematic innovation, rigorous sampling procedures, and provide sufficient documentation to verify sample validity.
Exclusions: Manuscripts relying solely on secondary sources or desk-based research (such as systematic reviews, meta-syntheses, or scientometric mapping) are not prioritized by the journal.
Language: Manuscripts must be submitted in Persian, accompanied by an extended abstract in English.
Originality: Submissions must be original and should not have been previously published in any language, nor be under review elsewhere.
Corresponding Author: The corresponding author must be a faculty member affiliated with a university or recognized research institution.
Submission Consistency: All information entered in the submission system (authors’ names and details, abstracts, and keywords in both Persian and English) must be fully consistent with the manuscript files.
ORCID Requirement: All authors are required to register and provide their ORCID iD (a unique researcher identifier). Authors may obtain an ORCID at orcid.org

Figures, Tables, Equations, and Numbers
Figures, Tables, and Equations
All figures, charts, tables, and mathematical equations must be numbered consecutively from the beginning to the end of the manuscript, and each must be cited in the text before being presented. They must be clear, legible, and of acceptable quality.
For captions and in-text references to figures, charts, photos, maps, and graphs, the term “Figure” should be used.
Figures and tables should be centered in the text. Their titles must be written in noun phrase form and should not end with a period.
The number and title of tables should be placed above them, while the number and title of figures should be placed below them. Equation numbers should appear on the right-hand side. The terms “No.” or brackets/parentheses around the numbers should not be used. (Examples: Table 1–, Figure 1–, Equation 1–).
Tables must not be copied from external software (e.g., Excel, SPSS). They must be created directly within Microsoft Word.
If needed, explanatory notes for tables should be provided below the table.
Several figures or tables without accompanying text should not be placed consecutively. At least one paragraph of text should separate them. Moreover, no more than two figures or tables should appear on a single page.
The source of any figure or table adapted from another work must be cited at the end of its caption in parentheses.
Numbers
All numbers in the Persian text of the manuscript must be written in Persian digits, and decimals should be written with a slash (e.g., 5/6).
In the main text (except within tables, figures, and their captions):
Natural numbers less than 10 should be written in words (e.g., پنج).
Numbers 10 and above, as well as decimal numbers less than 10, should be written in numerical form.
Measurement units must follow the International System of Units (SI)
Writing Guidelines
Manuscripts must be written in clear, fluent, and consistent prose. Submissions with poor writing style or multiple editorial and linguistic deficiencies will not proceed to the peer-review process.
Punctuation marks (e.g., period [.] comma [,] semicolon [؛], colon [:]) should be attached to the preceding word and separated from the following word by a single space.
Authors are encouraged to use Persian terms wherever possible instead of foreign words.
Except for citations, acronyms, and foreign terms, non-Persian words should not appear in the main text. If the English equivalent of a Persian term or the full form of an acronym is necessary, it should be provided as a footnote when it first appears in the manuscript (excluding titles and abstracts). Footnote numbering must restart from “1” on each page.
Article Structure
In addition to the title, abstract, and keywords, manuscripts must be organized into the following sections:
Following the main text, the manuscript must also include the following components:
The full text of the manuscript should be carefully numbered according to the above structure, with each section clearly identified and consistently formatted
Initial Sections of the Manuscript
Title
The title must be concise, clear, fluent, and reflective of the manuscript content. It should not exceed 15 words.
Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
Author Information
The main manuscript file must not contain any author-identifying information.
A separate “Author Information File” must be submitted, including: the full title of the manuscript, full names of all authors, academic rank, institutional affiliation, and complete contact information of the corresponding author (in both Persian and English), including phone number and email address.
Please note that adding, removing, or reordering authors after acceptance is strictly prohibited.
Extended Abstract (in English)
The extended abstract must be between 700 and 1000 words (excluding references, tables, and figures).
It should include the following sections:
Only one figure or table may be included.
The content balance should be: 30% Introduction, 20% Methods, 50% Results & Discussion, followed by an overall conclusion.
All references cited in the extended abstract must follow APA style and also appear in the main reference list.
Special notes:
If no funding is provided: “There is no funding support.”
If funded: “This study was funded by […].”
If no conflicts of interest: “Authors declared no conflict of interest.”
Authors’ contributions must be stated clearly, e.g.:
A.B. and B.C. conceived the study. A.B. developed the theoretical framework and performed the experiments. C.D. and D.E. aided in the analysis. B.C. supervised the project. All authors discussed the results and contributed to the final manuscript.
A.B., B.C., C.D., and D.E. contributed to the design and implementation of the research, the analysis of the results, and the writing of the manuscript.

3 to 5 keywords must follow the abstract, arranged alphabetically.
Keywords should preferably not duplicate the words used in the title.
In the English version, keywords must be arranged alphabetically.
