چکیده
هدف: پژوهش های گوناگون نشان داده اند که جهت گیری کارآفرینانه تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد بنگاه ها دارد. به همین سبب طی چند دهۀ اخیر توجه محققان به این موضوع جلب شده و تحقیقاتی درخصوص پیشایندهای جهت گیری کارآفرینانه انجام شده است. انواع جهت گیری های استراتژیک سازمانی از جمله متغیرهایی هستند که می توانند به عنوان پیشایند جهت گیری کارآفرینانه بررسی شوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ میان آینده گرایی سازمانی و جهت گیری کارآفرینانه است. نقش تعدیل گر شدت رقابت نیز در این رابطه بررسی شده است.
روش: جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل شرکت های فعال در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ایران بود. به این منظور پرسشنامه ای میان مدیران ارشد این شرکت ها توزیع شد که نهایتاً 124 پرسشنامه بازگردانده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور استفاده شد. به این منظور نرم افزار Smart PLS3 به کار گرفته شد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که آینده گرایی بر جهت گیری کارآفرینانه اثر مثبت دارد. نقش تعدیل کنندۀ شدت رقابت نیز در این رابطه تأیید شد.
نتایج: هر چه شرکت های فعال در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، آینده نگرتر باشند میل به کارآفرینی در آن ها افزایش می یابد. به علاوه، هرچه شدت رقابتی که این شرکت ها در زیرصنایع گوناگون این صنعت ادراک می کنند بیشتر باشد، میزان تأثیر آینده گرایی بر کارآفرینی شدت می گیرد.
