پژوهش های بین‌رشته‌ای در مدیریت

چکیده

پژوهش‌های بین‌رشته‌ای در مدیریت پتانسیل بالایی برای ایجاد بینش‌های نوآورانه و پیشبرد نظریه‌های مدیریتی از طریق ادغام دانش و روش‌ها از رشته‌های مختلف دارد. این مقاله، چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پژوهش بین‌رشته‌ای را بررسی می‌کند و بر نقش آن در پاسخ به مسائل پیچیده اجتماعی تأکید دارد. پژوهش بین‌رشته‌ای از طریق نوآوری نظری، پیشرفت‌های روش‌شناختی و پژوهش مسئله‌محور، به خلق نظریه‌های جدید و حل مسائل چندوجهی کمک می‌کنند. با این حال، چالش‌هایی نظیر فقدان انگیزه روشن برای استفاده از نظریه‌های سایر رشته‌ها، نبود زبان مشترک بین‌رشته‌ای، نظریه‌پردازی ناکافی و ملاحظات عملی مانند محدودیت زمان و فضا، موانعی برای این نوع پژوهش ایجاد می‌کنند. برای غلبه بر این چالش‌ها، توصیه‌هایی شامل بیان شفاف انگیزه پژوهش، پر کردن شکاف زبانی با توضیح دقیق مفاهیم، نمایش عمق نظریه‌پردازی از طریق ترکیب و هم‌افزایی، حفظ وفاداری نظری با استفاده دقیق از منابع رشته‌های دیگر ارائه شده است. این مقاله با تأکید بر نقش پژوهش بین‌رشته‌ای در غنی‌سازی نظریه مدیریت، بر نیاز به محیط علمی حامی و آگاه به روش‌ها و نظریه‌های بین رشته‌ای برای تحقق مشارکت‌های تحول‌آفرین در مدیریت تأکید می‌کند.

Interdisciplinary research in management holds significant potential for generating innovative insights and advancing management theory by integrating knowledge and methods from various disciplines. This article explores the challenges and opportunities of interdisciplinary research, emphasizing its role in addressing complex societal issues. Interdisciplinary research contributes to the development of new theories and the resolution of multifaceted problems through theoretical innovation, methodological advancements, and problem-oriented research. However, challenges such as the lack of clear motivation for utilizing theories from other disciplines, the absence of a common interdisciplinary language, insufficient theorizing, and practical constraints such as time and resource limitations pose obstacles to this type of research. To overcome these challenges, recommendations include clearly articulating research motivation, bridging linguistic gaps through precise conceptual explanations, demonstrating theoretical depth via synthesis and synergy, and maintaining theoretical fidelity by accurately utilizing resources from other disciplines. The article underscores the role of interdisciplinary research in enriching management theory and highlights the need for a supportive academic environment that is aware of interdisciplinary methods and theories to achieve transformative contributions in management.
