تبیین شرایط حاکم بر مدیریت روابط قدرت در لایه‌ خرده‌فروشی زنجیره‌ تأمین محصولات غذایی: نظریه‌ای برخاسته از داده‌ها

چکیده

     این پژوهش در پی شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر فرآیند مدیریت روابط قدرت در لایة‌ خرده‌فروشی زنجیرة تأمین محصولات غذایی و نحوة اثرگذاری این عوامل بر فرآیند مذکور است. با اتکا به رویکرد نظریة برخاسته از داده‌ها و نتایج حاصل از 13 مصاحبة‌ عمیق با 10 تن از مدیران و کارشناسان یکی از شرکت‌های فعال در لایة‌ خرده‌فروشی زنجیرة‌ تأمین مواد غذایی ایران، چارچوبی نظری برای بررسی پیشایند‌ها و عوامل مؤثر بر این فرآیند شکل­دهی شد. طبق این چارچوب، دامنة گسترده‌ای از عوامل موجب ورود شرکت‌های خرده‌فروش به فرآیند مدیریت قدرت در قبال تأمین‌کنندگان می‌شوند. ضمن آن‌که عوامل زمینه‌ای و اقتضایی متنوعی بر تصمیمات خرده‌فروش در این فرآیند اثر می‌گذارند و تعاملات وی با تأمین‌کنندگان را هدایت می‌کنند.
