با وجود پیچیدگی روزافزون شرایط رقابتی، دستیابی به عملکرد مالی، بهویژه در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط، تحتتأثیر متغیرهای متعدد قرار دارد. در پژوهش حاضر بر نحوه تأثیرگذاری قابلیت نوآوری، قابلیت مدیریت، بازارمحوری، کارآفرینی سازمانی و مزیت رقابتی بهصورت الگویی یکپارچه بر عملکرد مالی توجه شده است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان شرکت مواد غذایی «تهران همبرگر» است. برای گردآوری دادهها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. نمونۀ آماری شامل 121 نفر از کارکنان شرکت «تهران همبرگر» است که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. بر اساس نتایج، تأثیر غیرمستقیم متغیرهای یادشده بر عملکرد مالی تأیید شد که بیشترین تأثیر مستقیم را بازارمحوری با ضریب 923/0 داشت؛ همچنین تأثیر مستقیم کارآفرینی سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی رد و تأثیر غیرمستقیم آن از طریق مزیت رقابتی تأیید شد.
