ارایه الگوی بین المللی شدن زودهنگام شرکت های کوچک و متوسط صنایع غذایی در ایران

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش اکتشافی ارایه مدلی برای بین المللی شدن زودهنگام شرکت های کوچک و متوسط صنایع غذایی در ایران است.  برای رسیدن به این هدف، طی روش دلفی فازی سه مرحله‌ای ابتدا با «مرورسیستماتیک» مطالعات و تحقیقات انجام شده، ابعاد، مولفه‌ها، فلسفه و اهداف بین‌المللی شدن زودهنگام در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط صنایع غذایی در ایران شناسایی و توسط 17 نفر از خبرگان علمی و اجرایی مورد تائید قرار گرفتند. این عوامل به صورت همگن در 3 رکن سازمان، محیط و فرد و 6 بعد ساختاری، مدیریتی، فرهنگی، فضای رقابتی، محیط نهادی صنعت و ویژگی‌های روانشناختی طبقه‌بندی گردید. سپس با نظرسنجی، توسط 107 نفر از مدیران صنایع غذایی به عنوان نمونه آماری، 61 مولفه‌‌ی تاثیرگذار در بین‌المللی‌شدن زودهنگام شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط شناسایی شد که بر اساس نگرش آنان، قیمت رقابتی محصول، مهارت‌های ارتباطات بین‌المللی مدیر(دانستن زبان‌های خارجی)، وجود فرهنگ سازمانی صادرات محور در شرکت، شرکت در نمایشگاه‌های تخصصی بین‌المللی، پاسخ به سفارشات غیرمنتظره خارج از کشور، ساختار متناسب با بیمه، بانک، مالیات و نظام مالی پشتیبانی صادراتی از شرکت‌های صادرات محور و داشتن روحیه پیشگامی در مدیر، مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار در هر یک از این ابعاد بودند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this exploratory study is to provide a model for early internationalization of small and medium food industries in Iran.
Methodology: To achieve this goal, first in the qualitative section, with a "systematic review" of studies and research conducted, the dimensions and components of early internationalization of SME are identified and approved by a group of experts in three stages by fuzzy Delphi method. Then, in a quantitative part, by surveying food industry managers, the most important influential components in the early internationalization of small and medium-sized companies were calculated by SPSS software and then analyzed.
Findings: The early internationalization of SME ensures the stability of businesses in global markets, access to low-cost resources, and the rapid return on investment.
Result: Factors affecting the early internationalization of SME were classified in three pillars of organization, environment and individual and six dimensions of structure, management, culture, competitive environment, institutional institutional environment and psychological characteristics and proposed model was presented.
