راهبردهای توسعه کارآفرینی در بستر ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت موردمطالعه: دفتر ارتباط با جامعه دانشگاه رازی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش تحلیل راهبردی دفتر ارتباط با جامعه دانشگاه رازی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین کانال‌های ارتباطی بین دانشگاه و جامعه جهت توسعه کارآفرینی در جوامع دانش‌بنیان است.
روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از رویکرد ترکیبی (SWOT-AHP) استفاده شد که در ﺑﺨﺶ کیفی از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ‌ﮔﯿﺮی ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮﻓﯽ مصاحبه با خبرگان تا اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮی و در ﺑﺨـﺶ کمی ﻧﯿـﺰ برای اختصاص ضریب وزنی ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ یک از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ SWOT از پرسش‌نامه ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﺎت زوﺟﯽ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که راهبردهای تهاجمی توسعه محصولات پژوهشی و آموزشی با موضوع توسعه تجارت در بازارچه‌های مرزی و اولویت‌دهی به محصولات پژوهشی و آموزشی در زمینه تجارت محصولات کشاورزی و صنعتی در بازارچه‌های مرزی، راهبردهای محافظه‌کارانه بازاریابی توانمندی‌های دانشگاه به فعالان و مجامع بخش کشاورزی، صنعت و بازنگری سیاست جذب و ارتقاء اساتید با رویکرد صنعت محور، راهبردهای رقابتی توسعه تعاملات گفتمانی بین صنعت و دانشگاه، بازنگری نظام انگیزشی هیئت‌علمی و افزایش حساسیت محیطی نظام تصمیم‌گیری دانشگاه و راهبردهای تدافعی سیاست گزینشی برای حمایت از اساتید باانگیزه و یا دارای ارتباط با صنعت و بودجه‌بندی امکانات و منابع دانشگاه و دفتر، در مواجهه با مشکلات محیطی
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش زمانی که سه رکن دولت، صنعت و دانشگاه نقش خود را به‌درستی ایفا کنند، ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر و کارآمد بین صنعت و دانشگاه امکان‌پذیر خواهد بود. شرایط محیطی کلان اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی کشور نقشی اساسی در برقراری این ارتباط دارد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study is the strategic analysis of Razi University Community Relations Office as one of the most important communication channels between the university and society to develop entrepreneurship in knowledge-based communities.
.Methodology: This research is using a hybrid approach (swot-ahp). In the qualitative part, the targeted sampling and snow bullets were used. After nine interviews with experts, the theoretical saturation was achieved in the quantitative part, to dedicate a weighting factor to each of the SWOT factors, paired comparison was given to the same experts in the qualitative section
Findings: The findings showed that aggressive strategies for the development of research and educational products with the subject of trade development in border markets. Conservative marketing strategies of university capabilities to activists and associations in the field of agriculture, industry and reviewing the policy of attracting and promoting professors with an industry-oriented approach, competitive strategies to develop discourse interactions between industry and academia, reviewing faculty motivation Getting to university and Selective policy defensive strategies were presented to support motivated or industry-related professors and to budget the facilities and resources of the university and office in the face of surroundings problems.
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, when the three pillars of government, industry and academia play their role properly, it will be possible to establish an effective and efficient relationship between industry and academia. The macro-social, economic and political environmental conditions of the country play a key role in establishing this relationship.
