بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استنباط از خود بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی

چکیده

     بخش عمده‌ای از درآمد شرکت‌ها مربوط به خرید ناگهانی مشتریان می‌شود. یکی از عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی، نوع شخصیت افراد است. در این پژوهش با تمرکز بر یکی از ابعاد شخصیت یعنی فرهنگ، به بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استنباط از خود بر رفتار خرید ناگهانی پرداخته شده است. از این رو جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه افراد مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز خرید قائم در شمال، عقیق در جنوب، دنیای نور در شرق و بوستان در غرب تهران در نظر گرفته شده است. داده‌های لازم از طریق پرسشنامه ۵۰ سؤالی از ۳۹۶ نفر که به روش نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی از نوع در دسترس انتخاب شدند، گردآوری شد. جهت آزمون الگو، از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که افراد مستقل دارای ارزش‌های لذت گرایانه هستند و لذت­گرایی بر خرید ناگهانی اثر مثبت می‌گذارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که بنگاه‌ها برای افزایش خرید ناگهانی مشتریان، راهبردهای فروش، بازاریابی و تبلیغات خود را بر افراد این گروه و همچنین بر بعد لذت­جویانه محصولات متمرکز کنند.
