in tourism industry, managers are in direct connection with most of customers daily. One of the main goal is make and save tourists` satisfaction. It is hard to satisfy senior tourists without acknowledge of desires and needs of them. Recognition of senior traits, special needs, experiences, interests and trip impetus are one of the ways to help managers to make decision and programing for future needs. As seniors are target market for tourism industry and tourism can make positive effect on quality and satisfaction of life for them, in this research we want to recognize and divide senior tourism market to present new strategies to develop and increase rate of trips for seniors. This research conducted in Isfahanian senior tourists and data are collected in summer and fall 2014.Results show younger seniors, rich seniors and pluralist seniors are different parts of the market. Development of railroads , discounts , deals and promotion on transportation, trip in low season time, various tours , provide different special services such as lift, wheelchair, doctors, camps in accordance with their needs are some of the strategies for developing senior tourism inside the country.
