تأثیر استراتژی تجاری تکنولوژی‌محور بر نوآوری با نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های تکنولوژیک، شبکه و منابع‌انسانی

چکیده

     امروزه بیش از هر زمان دیگری، ضرورت دارد تا سازمان‌ها بتوانند با داشتن استراتژی تکنولوژی‌محور خود را متمایز سازند. از سویی دیگر شرایط محیطی به حدی پیچیده و پویا گردیده که سازمانها دیگر نمی‌توانند بدون نوآوری حیات بلندمدت خود را تضمین نمایند. بر این اساس، مطالعات گسترده‌ای در خصوص ارتباط میان استراتژی تجاری و نوآوری در صنایع تولیدی مختلف انجام شده است، این درحالیست ارتباط میان این دو متغیر در سازمان‌های خدماتی به ندرت مطالعه گردیده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر استراتژی تجاری تکنولوژی‌محور بر نوآوری با نقش میانجی قابلیت‌های تکنولوژیک، شبکه و منابع‌انسانی در کلینیک‌های پژشکی شهر ارومیه انجام شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌های کامل شده توسط 214 پاسخ‌دهنده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Amos23 و آزمون سوبل استفاده شد. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان داد استراتژی تجاری تکنولوژی‌محور به صورت مستقیم بر نوآوری خدمت و فرآیند تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین این متغیر از طریق قابلیت تکنولوژیک و قابلیت منابع‌انسانی بر نوآوری خدمت و فرآیند تأثیر معناداری دارد. این در حالیست که استراتژی تجاری تکنولوژی‌محور از طریق قابلیت شبکه بر نوآوری خدمت تأثیر معنادار ندارد، اما تأثیر معنادار آن بر نوآوری فرآیند از طریق قابلیت شبکه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

 Objective: Today, more than ever, organizations need to be able to differentiate themselves by adhering to technology-based business strategy. On the other hand, environmental conditions have become so complex and dynamic that organizations can no longer guarantee longterm survival without innovation. In this regard, extensive studies have been conducted on the relationship between business strategy and innovation in various manufacturing industries. However, the relationship between these two variables in service organizations has been rarely studied. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of technology-based business strategy on innovation, with the mediating role of technological competence, network competence and human resource competence in the medical clinics of Urmia city. Metodology: The data of the completed questionnaires by 214 respondents were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) through Amos23 software and Sobel test. 
Finding: Results showed that technology-based business strategy had a direct impact on service innovation and process innovation. This variable also had a significant impact on service and process innovation, mediated through technological competence as well as human resource competence.
Conclution: While technology-based business strategy did not have a significant impact on service innovation through network competence, its significant impact on process innovation through network competence was acknowledged.
