بررسی تأثیر مالکیت بر اتخاذ راهبرد تنوع بخشی بنگاه

چکیده

این مقاله به بررسی ارتباط میان نوع مالیکت بنگاه و رفتار تنوع­بخشی فعالیت آن می­پردازد. بدین منظور در این مقاله به بررسی رفتار تنوع­بخشی شرکت‌های دولتی، خصوصی و عمومی عضو سازمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شده است. همچنین جهت تعیین نوع و میزان تنوع­بخشی فعالیت‌های بنگاه‌ها از الگوی وارداراجان و راماجوام[1](1987) استفاده شده است. نتیجه بررسی‌های انجام‌شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کرامر، تاو گودمن و کراسکال و نیز آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی نشان داد که رابطه معناداری بین نوع مالکیت بنگاه و نوع راهبرد تنوع آن وجود دارد. به گونه­ای که شرکت‌های دولتی بالاترین سطح تنوع­بخشی فعالیت را در میان سایر گروه‌ها داشته و معمولاً از راهبرد تنوع بسیار زیاد استفاده می­کنند. در میان این سه گروه، شرکت‌های خصوصی کمترین سطح تنوع را داشته و معمولاً از راهبرد تنوع مرتبط استفاده می­نمایند. علی­رغم آنکه میزان تنوع شرکت‌های عمومی اندکی بیشتر از شرکت‌های خصوصی می­باشد اما این شرکت‌ها نیز سعی می­نمایند تا بیشتر از راهبرد تنوع مرتبط استفاده نمایند.
