مفهوم‌پردازی سازگاری مدل کسب‌وکار و پیشران‌های محیطی آن در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ایران

چکیده

در شرایط کسب‌وکار امروز، موفقیت هر سازمانی به سرعت واکنش آن به تغییرات محیط وابسته است و مدل‌های کسب‌وکار ایستا و بدون تغییر در محیط‌های رقابتی فعلی محکوم به شکست هستند. سازمان‌ها در این شرایط باید دائما مدل‌ کسب‌وکار خود را مورد بازنگری قرارداده و در صورت نیاز آن را با شرایط جدید سازگار و منطبق کنند. در همین راستا هدف این پژوهش مفهوم‌پردازی سازگاری مدل کسب‌و‌کار و شناسایی پیشران‌های محیطی سازگاری مدل کسب‌وکار در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. برای این منظور با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد چندگانه به تحلیل داده­های حاصل از مرور نظام­مند ادبیات (15 سال اخیر) و نیز مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ایران (18 نفر)، که به صورت غیراحتمالی و هدفمند (گلوله برفی) انتخاب شده‌اند، پرداخته شده است. نهایتا مدلی توسعه یافته است که در آن مهمترین مولفه‌های سازگاری مدل کسب ‌کار در سه گروه سازگاری در ارزش پیشنهادی، سازگاری در خلق ارزش و سازگاری در کسب ارزش مفهوم­پردازی شده­اند. همچنین پیشران‌های محیطی که در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، محرک سازگاری مدل کسب‌و‌کار هستند در شش گروه عوامل سیاسی و قانونی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل مرتبط با بازار، عوامل مرتبط با فناوری، عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل مرتبط با رقبا قرار گرفته‌اند.

چکیده [English]

   Objective:  In today's business environment, the success of any organization depends on its rapid response to environmental change, and static business models are doomed to failure in the current competitive environment. Organizations in these situations should constantly revise their business model and adapt it to new requirements if needed. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the business model adaptation and identify its environmental antecedent in ICT industry.
Methodology: for this purpose, the ICT industry has been studied and using Multi grounded theory, data analyzed from systematic literature review over the past 15 years, and interviews with 18 industry experts, which are improbably and purposefully, selected using the snowball method.
Finding: Finally, a model was developed in which environmental antecedent affecting business model adaptation into six groups of "political", "legal", "economic", "market", "technological", "social", and "competitor factors".
Conclution: business model adaptation has been conceptualized into three groups: "value proposition adaptation", "value creation adaptation" and "value capture adaptation".
